Be aware of the returns scam.

I ordered some astro turf football boots. The process of ordering was straightforward enough and there was plenty of choice available. I went to pay for my item to see I could have a returns label for £2.99. I thought this strange as I did not forsee I'd wish to return the boots. The boots were adidas and I always were this brand so did not think anymore about it. The boots arrived fairly fast. Happy until I tried the boots on. The were far too small. I had someone with size 6 feet try them and they fit them perfectly. Although I believe M&M Direct to sell old stock and seconds, I did not for one second think my usual brand would be so small. Maybe the size tag was placed on the wrong size. I just don't know that. Anyhow, proceed to return via the website only to find it now costs me £3.99 to return. Not the largest amount, more the fact I have to pay to return an item they provide that is incorrect.
My main objective with this poor review is to hopefully warn other shoppers about this and to go elsewhere. Who buys something with the expectation they'll return it?
In my view a silly idea to generate more income for the business.
I've now gone elsewhere and found a perfect fitting boot, still size 8, and if I had the need to return, it would have been free to do so.

ORDERED FOR THE FIRST TIME with this…

ORDERED FOR THE FIRST TIME with this company and they used Evri to 'deliver'my parcel. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED my Parcel although Evri claim it to have been delivered to my address 1hr and 15min earlier than the expected time slot.
I was present at home during this time and immediately checked the tracking info only to be greeted by an image of a small parcel from vision express hanging through an entirely different houses letter box! Different tracking number to that of my parcel and different persons name on the parcel too. I located this item with the GPS tracking also provided to me and
I took my own photos of the so called 'Delivered item' AS PROOF THAT EVRI ARE MISREPRESENTING DELIVERY of my parcel.
I entered the tracking number that I could see on the parcel that Evri CLAIMED IS MY DELIVERED PARCEL, AND GUESS WHAT?
EVRI HAVE USED THE DELIVERY OF THIS PARCEL AS A WAY TO TRY AND FALSIFY THE RECORD.
SO, THERE ARE CURRENTLY 2 DIFFERENT PARCELS ADDRESSED TO TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN TWO DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLDS YET BOTH HAVE THE SAME 'PROOF OF DELIVERY' ATTACHED TO THEM!!!

I HAVE TRIED REACHING OUT TO M AND M ABOUT THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT OCCURRED AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THIS TO EVRI AND AT THE MOMENT AM IN COMPLETE LIMBO AS TO WHERE MY PARCEL IS!
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE/ IS IT BOXED? IS IT A BAG/ WHAT COLOUR ETC.. I'M COMPLETELY IN THE DARK ABOUT THIS AND FEEL SCAMMED RIGHT NOW.. I WOULD CAREFULLY RECONSIDER ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY AS CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEEMS NON EXISTENT, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND NO LIVE CHAT EITHER. BE WARNED

Please sort out this mess

I was with M&M many years ago

I was with Eminem many years ago, but they disappeared now they are back, I ordered my stuff and it come very quickly I'm very pleased their prices are good, and the clothes are genuine. All named brands highly recommend the service of this company much better than before. very happy,
