Update 16/4:
Having been assured by Mail Shop on 6/4 that my order would be shipped the next day, I have still not received it. The status is still showing “Processing Payment” even though payment was taken on the order date. I can only assume this is some sort of scam.
I placed an order on 2/4 and the payment was taken on that date. However, the order status is still showing as “Processing Payment” and I have not received a confirmation email. I raised a query but got no reply. I don’t even know if the order has been placed.

Purchased a wheelbarrow planter for…
Purchased a wheelbarrow planter for £16.99. When my son-in-law tried to assemble it 2 pieces were missing. Tried to phone Mail shop but just got nowhere. Have left 2 messages on web site but still no reply, maybe due to the present situation. I would have thought that the supplier would have been connected to a computer somewhere to deal with problems or maybe they could not care less. I am not happy with wasting my money.

Not heard of Minky cloth product before. Took a chance and ordered pack of 5 at special price; would definitely not have ordered otherwise. Used one of 5 so far. Verdict: quite good, scourer-side reasonably effective but marks easily. Washes well in washing machine. However, would probably not buy again if full price.
