Paid for overnight shipping
Paid for overnight shipping, didn't ship for six days, finally had to call, talk to someone whom didn't even understand English, and cancel the order. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Will never shop there again.

Another bait and switch example - stay away!
Ordered product that was backordered. They contacted me about the status and delay, which I approved. Two weeks later they want $300 more for the product. I asked them to honor the original agreed price, which they refused. I pointed out that they want more money, after the transaction AND that the original (lower) price we agreed on was STILL on their website. They refused. I found it cheaper elsewhere, from a vendor who honors an advertised price. Stay away from MacMall, PCMall, and TigerDirect. They are all the same company.

Horrible experience, I live in a rented property, these people said they could not verify my address on public records, so they decided to call the property owner to confirm. Now my landlord thinks I'm running some kind of scam using her name.

Purchased an item and because of the incorrect item listing details I returned it unpoened and still sealed. They didn't want me to return it to their main warehouse but a 3rd party RMA center which I had to purchase postage to. It arrived there and it's been 3 weeks and I still have no received a refund. Every week they promise a refund but I have not seen it yet. Just going to file a case with my credit card.

Area Man Get's The Run-Around From Fledgling Online Computer Distributor
Man. What a trip. For years my dad purchased through MacMall and got what he ordered quickly. I'm a videographer on a project and my computer finally went kaput - I needed a replacement fast.
I put in the order and received a call saying my product was back-ordered.
After being told I would receive a phone call in 24hrs regarding the wait time for my all-of-a-sudden back-ordered desktop order I was told I couldn't cancel the purchase because the one piece of inventory they had, was already shipped. Save yourself the time and go to the apple store like a normal person. If they don't have your stuff in-stock the purchase And return is a clown-show. Called 5+ times and sent emails to get no response in 4 days. Completely unprofessional, predatory sales setup. Evasive customer service. Had to call the credit card company to cancel it all because I couldn't contact the merchant. Steer clear!

although they have some of the best prices anywhere on the web, their return policy it terrible. they basically don't have a return policy, they refer to the manufacturer of the item you purchased - in my case, since i opened the packaging (even though it didn't use it), they said i can't return it; i can buy the same item in town and return it even if i've used it

Bait and switch. I ordered a computer, which was listed as in stock and then after the order was placed and in progress: “On Back Order.” A phone operator tried to move me into a different product. Shame on you.
