I called 3 different times to try to return a product that did not work, they refused to help. Put me on hold for over 30 mins, told me they sent me a RMA email which they never did. Called again with someone purposely trying to transfer me again once they realized it was a return. Terrible company, definitely seemed shady.

The PC I ordered arrived exactly as it was advertised and arrived as scheduled. Thanks for good service and product.

I am so happy with the computer that I received it is working very good and I was very happy that a keyboard in mouse was included in the order that I was in where us. I definitely love how mac mall took the initiative to ensure the security of the order before it was even ship to me

I have purchased several apple products from MacMall and have never been disappointed. I will continue to buy their products in the future.

MacMall delivers product as described in the product description, in the condition or better than as described with fast processing and delivery. A step above the rest. I recommend highly.

I ordered 3 products. An iPad Pro, the iPad Pro keypad and the iPad Pro pencil. the keypad and pencil shipped but the iPad was on backorder. The keypad and pencil are no use without the iPad Pro. When I called I could not get ship date for the iPad. I canceled the iPad and was able to get it shipped to me in two days for $150.00 less.

Everything so far has been awesome! Enjoying the tech I've bought so far.

Very poor customer service. Bought refurb'd laptop. Laptop lid actually had a hole eaten into it by some type of acid. Hole was large, 2-inches or more and refurbisher decided to just paste a silver sticker over it to hide it, like a kid would. Reported it to MM and used web-site and e-mail to report it, no response either way. Called Customer Service. Got a guy that sounded like "Carlton your Doorman" from "Rhoda." Sounded drugged, half-asleep, didn't really care, long silent pauses, I kept asking if he was still there. Finally he asked for the Order Number and then gave me the direct dial number for the CSR I spoke to 3 days ago and said "You need to call him.." I did and got his voice-mail, so I still have a DUD laptop, no RMA number and a fading sense that they are going to accept a return. HORRIBLE customer service - BEWARE!

We ordered an iPad, cover and pencil, which was as advertised, and arrived in on time despite a major snowstorm.

I purchased two USB to 30 pin connectors so that I can continue charge my 1st generation iPad .( I was afraid the original Apple charging cable was becoming a bit frayed, though it still works fine.) I chose the Belkin product because in the past I've found them to be of very good quality and durable. The connectors did not disappoint and the fact that they were on sale, though still more expensive than other brands that I was not familiar with, didn't hurt either. The connectors appear well made and aesthetically are a good fit for my iPad. The iPad is black and the connectors are black with silver metallic fittings at each end, a better match colorwise to the iPad than the original white cable.

In terms of service from MacMall, finding what I wanted and ordering on the website was a breeze. The cables in their boxes came safely packaged and the delivery was on time. Overall fine service from McMall as usual.

Problems with using the website to order. Rude and unhelpful customer service. Found out four days after placing order that item was on backorder, which is unfortunate as I ordered item as a gift. Horrible experience start to finish. Never again- will spend more money to order directly from Apple.

I am a repeat customer. I ordered a Dell laptop. I got it a great price and it arrived about 24 house later. Fantastic!
