Southport has 3 terrible McDonalds, so they have a monopoly. We don't even have 1 Burger King to keep them honest! It sucks big time!!!

I found a alot of hair in my dim nuggs and it took almost 30minutes to make a mc chicken with coke and the coke was half ice half half coke I think they were mad because I left a one dollar tip and then I took it up to get a new one because the coke was half full but I got yelled at and arrested then had to pay a fine of $2500 and I am not coming back to mc Donalds for this reason

Been to Cleethorpes seafront Macdonalds and was very disappointed every other time it has been clean and tidy i could nt even say it was full. The floor was absolute tip tables were messy and the mess on front from paper cups and chip containers and carboard packaging. Usually staff are hot on cleaning Manager sort it out.

Just thought I'd come into Mac Donald's for some breakfast at Newbury Park, Ilford. I wish I had got take away. The music was horiffic, inane pop music, and very loud. In the mornings why can't they play something gentle? We don't come in for a disco. It was fairly empty. I wonder if more older people would come in if it was a more gentle atmosphere in the morning? Maybe some light classical music, or even elevator music!

Was really impressed with the service at sydney harbour - good one guys. Was quite shocked actually

Well. What a disaster. I ordered 1 chicken spicy sandwich and 2 xtra sized big mac ( the ones with 4 patties) one of which was part of a meal. The 12 digit code part had been torn off the receipt so couldn't go in the official site. BOTH burgers had no burgers in them. Just lettuce and mayo. Half the coke had spilled out into the bag. £27 in total for a chicken burger, half a cup of coke which was mainly ice, cold fries and some bread and a bit of salad. Called the store immediately but wouldn't give a refund. I understand this is because it was through just eat but just asked to have my order made properly. Even offered to bring it back and wait myself but was told no. This is diabolical.

Went to McDonald’s Western Favell in Northampton with 2 young grandchildren. Both were given activity sheets as soon as we sat down by the floor walker. I ordered on the app but there was an issue at checkout. The manager and the member of staff he called over to resolve it could not have been more helpful and the floor walker also brought a table marker over without being asked too. A fantastic team and a lovely meal.

Absolute garbage one i orderd a happy meal and i got a flippin brekfest pancake brekfast burger and i orderda cheeseburger and on to of that it felt like i was eating plado and it looked like ruber and ontop of all that no toy

Ordered and paid for breakfast through the online mobile app. When I arrived at the store, my order was canceled because i arrived after 10:30, 10:33 to be exact.

I ordered 3 meals today for me and 2 family members. In the meals the drinks were 2 cokes and a milkshake, I received 2 milkshakes 1 of us, in fact im lactose intolerant. Meaning if it was my drink that had gotten it wrong I wouldn’t have been able to drink it. Luckily it wasn’t my drink that was wrong. Yes I could’ve gone in and changed it but the persons who drink it was drunk it since they luckily could drink milkshakes. I think McDonald’s should do better to check they’re ordered to insure they’re giving the right thing. Luckily it was only the drinks that was wrong not the food. If their messing up peoples orders they could be giving someone who’s ordered something specific with an allergy something their allergic to. I understand it’s fast food but orders should still be double checked to insure people are getting exactly what they ordered.

You used to get a free coffee for every 6 bought, with the card bean vouchers.

Then it moved online via the app. 1500 points per drink. But you got 100 bonus points per drink,so it was a free drink for approx 7 bought.

Now they have more than doubled it. 3500 points per drink. So about 18 drink purchases required for one free drink - 3 x the original offering.

And don't forget, the price of the drinks has doubled in this time So screwed over twice.

Won't be popping in as much.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Big Mac that came to almost $9.00! I live less than 5 minutes away. When I got home it was already cold and mushy. I would give it a zero but not available. I guess a 1 is because my dog liked it. The only thing McDonald's is good for anymore is to buy a bag of Ice or if you have to make an emergency bathroom stop.

The people don’t speak up and I have to repeat myself god honestly, my milkshake wasn’t filled up all the way im absolutely bummed there’s also bugs on the table like wtf get this hygiene sorted ty. My chip box is broken and it fell on the floor. THESE CHIPS ARE OVERSALTED I COULD Have BEEN PUT IN A COMA!!!😡😡😡 This food is goy slop byeee

McDonalds , Wigston Road , Coventry opened my food to check there was no onion and found that someone had spat on the Burger.

This is not the first time,
I get my food and while driving away I eat a French fry from my daughter's overpriced happy meal, and it was cold. Mind you there is only 5 frys anyways .. I have boycotted McDonald's for years, and decided to give it another chance. Quickly remembering why, not only the cold frys, the lack of frys, my burger was pink, and we got no napkins..

They can't count, 20 nuggets only 18 in the box. Fries old and stale. Another time sooo salty that I have to wipe each chip with a napkin. Ordered coke on two separate times. First time had an old fruity strawberry taste, second time flat and barely and coke taste. Staff so uninterested. Waited 15 mins for a order of a Big Mac and fries . Watch orders before me come and go. My order number disappeared from the screen. Saw an order that was left on the counter for a long period of time before a member of staff took it to the customer. Witness the customer return as the fries were cold.
AVOID!

I hadn't been to MacDonald for some time. The breakfast buns are tiny and food cold. Later I thought I would have a big Mac, tasteless and cold. The bun stale and the service in Wimbledon was very slow, oh and the printers for your food with the order number wasn't working. The price was a lot higher than I remember. I'm now done with the poor standards a total shambles

I had my first experience when ordering off the app and was given the wrong order however, when going to the customer service it was awful so went to the restaurant that I ordered from. About talking to the manager for about 10 minutes the restaurant agreed to refund the order.
