Restaurant at Washington St--Grafton WI

Restaurant at Washington St. and I-43; Grafton, WI, @9:15pm 5/16/26. Had been on the road about 2 hours, stopped for caffeine before driving thru Metro Milwaukee. Had to look into kitchen for staff. Ordered iced coffee (caramel). None available, but they would brew some . . . 5-10 minutes later, delivered: no ice; room temperature, no identifiable flavor. I don't expect barista quality at McD's, but this time was a failure on all counts.

You can't eat this

You can't eat this. The food is very unhealthy. They also attract children with all sorts of toys. Keep your children away from these establishments if you want them to be healthy

McDonald’s fast food at its worst

I went to the McDonalds in Maidstone Hart street I was so disappointed the queue was horrendous there was no salt or straws or any condiments it was all empty I waited ages for my order I was number 54 and several orders in the 60”s were being fulfilled when I asked they said they was waiting for the drink which was one Diet Coke, I saw my order on the tray and asked for it the women said I had to wait for my drink which took forever. Fast food there is nothing fast about this McDonald’s, I would have given them no stars if I could, the customer service was diabolical the staff were just standing around chatting and mucking about when clearly they should have been getting the orders ready I will never use this establishment again. When I asked why it was so slow her answer was it’s a bank holiday is that an excuse for bad service and rudeness you should be ashamed of your staff and there behaviour worst customer service ever

Forced to give a star because I can’t…

Forced to give a star because I can’t give a review without giving at least one.
Today at a McDonalds drive through with a service user who is autistic and has very little money. I offered to use the app to make her meal cheaper. Hot to the order station and was told to proceed to the next window. Greeted by Aoife who told me I could order nuggets via the app but that’s all I could order as the app is down ???
Didn’t make sense! I expressed the person requested something different and Aoife smiled and said her manager said that’s all they can offer me via the app. I said she didn’t like nuggets and told her the order and Aoife turned whispering to a colleague . Aoife said sorry smiling sarcastically to my face and then proceeded to shut the window in my face.
Following this, the service user began banging her head on the windows of the car and biting her hands. The sheer lack of manners and empathy was disgraceful even though I had said this lady is autistic and wishes to have the alternative.
I will be going further about this, but people need to be aware of this situation is the actual app a scam? Time will tell.

Just recieved a parking fine for eating…

Just recieved a parking fine for eating in the redruth resturant 1hour 47 mins, 17 mins over, didnt even realise the ristriction on parking. The usual wait in the resturant for food, children having a play on the play equipment, not forgetting parking all got to be done in 90 mins, utter rubbish and manager wont recind the ticket.

I tink I will try somewhere else from now on

McDonald's has never really been value for money but now it's even worse with the points change I could get a hot chocolate for 1500 now for 2000 you can't just choose any hot drink it's only certain ones it's now 3500 to choose a hot drink don't they make enough profit already I think it's burger king from now on

Severe Food Poisoning - Avoid McDonald's Cairo Airport!

I am writing to report a very serious health incident following a meal at the McDonald's branch in Cairo International Airport on April 22, 2026.
Mrs NH purchased and ate a Spicy Chicken Fillet meal at approximately 4:30 PM before boarding a flight from Cairo to London flight no.BA397. By 8:00 PM, while on the plane, she began vomiting uncontrollably. Her condition became so severe that she required emergency medical intervention mid-flight. She suffered from a drop in blood pressure and had to be treated with a salt solution and medication under the tongue.
We have documented evidence of the purchase and the subsequent medical emergency. This is a major health and safety failure. We expect a formal response regarding the hygiene standards at this branch to ensure no other travelers have to endure such a dangerous experience.

McDonald’s A38 Haldon Hill

McDonald’s A38 Haldon Hill, this review is personally for the Haldon Hill branch and not on the overall franchise.

I’ve had to take time to write this due to the frustration and very poor management of this branch.

Over the last 6 months visiting this branch to and from work I have encountered major delays through the drive through, this is every week and not little and often. I have resorted to talking to a work colleague out loud in hope that someone can hear me on the other side of the ordering box expressing disappointment of this service. I have began to give up waiting and drive straight round to pay to put my order though now.

To top this off, my orders are incomplete when driving away and too late to turn back to do anything about it. I can’t express how much this branch has profited from me over the last 6 months.

Genuinely the most poorly managed McDonald’s I’ve encountered and to the management that are possibly reading this it’s always on a Friday and Sunday between the times of 3pm - 5pm

I hope to see an improving the very near future

I have placed an order through Uber for…

I have placed an order through Uber for delivery and part of the order was missing.

On contacting the store at Tavistock Road Plymouth the mangers response was contact Uber.

As I paid for delivery it was there responsibility and Not Macdonalds who put the order together.

On challenging the manager her response was we didn’t take money so we’re not responsible!

Yet one of her employees got the order wrong but once again her reply was take it up with Uber.

What absolute joke.

Not even one star for such poor customer care. 😡

I ordered a delivery this morning

I ordered a delivery this morning. I ordered some pancakes and sausage with syrup. I got 3 pancakes. I ordered a breakfast flat bread which came with several black long hairs sandwiched between the cheese and bacon. I made a complaint to just eat and they basically told me to stick it! I explained that I have blonde hair and gray hair- I don’t have black long hair! And what was I supposed to do with 3 dry pancakes? The response I received was rude and hateful The order was not expensive but the point is that it was not fit for human consumption. They must be very dirty and not using the correct PPE- including head coverings to stop their dirty hair and hands touching the food. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM JUST EAT AGAIN

Dirty toilets all too often

Dartford Kent .. just so manky in the ladies toilet .. always is and the area we sat in had not been cleaned up from previous customer .. so disappointing.. I hate doing this .. lovely staff but management needs to step up with the hygiene … not going back until I know it’s been sorted .. i have complained before .. was always a great place but gone right down hill .. To have to sit in someone else’s mess is not acceptable when it’s not been acknowledged and dealt with ..service great .. food usually good but cleaning is very lapse a few times when we’ve been there ..
