Easy to store, easy to retrieve

Easy drop off. Pleasant staff. Seamless experience. Highly recommend.

The process to put my luggage away was very straightforward. I could easily retrieve the link in my email and follow the instructions when it was time to pick my luggage up!

The location was a tiny bit tricky to find but once I was there the drop off and pick up went very smoothly. I didn't have cell phone connection and the store clerk was kind enough to provide me wifi access which allowed me to start the clock for drop-off.

Booked on line to leave luggage near Connolly Street Station Dublin, when I saw the back street restaurant which I was directed to, which didn’t even display a sign that they provided the service, it looked entirely dodgy so I decided not to risk using it.
The catch is they insist on on line booking in advance, so have all your details and even have pre authorisation with your bank, then charge an excessive no show fee which is not declared up front, only mention a small processing charge up front. I wouldn’t trust the organisation, the business they use as agents do not inspire confidence in their ability to securely store. Lets say the catering outlet only gets 2.9 for their actual primary business

Location of the drop was convenient being close to train and bus stations. Service was friendly and efficient.

Once we figured out the process, it was fine. Submitting photos of the bags was a great security plus.

David at Mac’s on Sauchiehall St in Glasgow was very helpful and kind. I would definitely use this service again.

Personal in this place are adorable

Free luggage storage, but it is overly complicated, requiring app sign in, and carrying down a flight of stairs. Not accessible at all. At night the main access door is locked so you cannot easily get your bags out, which is stressful until you realise you can walk around the building to do so

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service!I booked at the shop in 15 minutes from Estancia Barcelona Sants for three hours so visit the Sagrada Família. The shop owner was friendly but wanted me to get cash to pay. He also refused to tell me roughly the amount. So I had to find a machine and withdraw money (3,50 Euros fee). So right from the start I didn’t feel safe at all about my luggage, but I didn’t have time to find something else. When I got back I was, however friendly, bullied into giving tip, and payed 16,20 Euros for the two bags. I will never use this service again.
