Very good place and easy

All good! Only one pain point: they did not ask me for the picture of my luggage once I came for the pick up. I could have picked up any bag.

Handy to have these venues appearing throughout cities. Cool software that does the job well - but I would argue the venue needs to have wifi as a backup for customers (not always the case). Numbers at Edinburgh Festival this week, for example, have put great strain on phone reception, then you’re in danger of being charged for longer hours than you have used. But I think I will be happy to keep using Luggage Hero when I need a bag drop.

I made a reservation for my luggage in which I had to pay one cent to verify my card. However my child got sick and I never used the service. To my surprisement a week later money got deducted from my creditcard! And a lot as well, more then 50 euro! When I send a e-mail to enquire I get no answer. Send a second email, still waiting for an answer. Looks like a scam to me.

Very organized!

Convient location staff was great. We talked about the area while I waited for my Uber very nice people. Easy and quick transaction, it was my first time using a luggage storage facility.

This was so handy as we weren't checking in until the next day but needed to put our luggage somewhere.

Made my booking and then it didn't appear on the app, which means that I couldn't login the time I collected the luggage and was thus overcharged. Support was unresponsive for days. In addition, the way the prices are advertised are misleading as what is emphasised is the price per hour per suitcase, not the total price, which also includes service charges. Next time I will pick another service.
Update: support was helpful and I received a refund for the excess payment. It would still be useful to see the total estimated price before drop off. Thank you

Great place to conveniently leave our luggage, after checking out of our accommodation. This service gave us chance to nip shopping and for dinner, without traipsing all our luggage around too 👍

I had an extremely poor experience with them and consider them to be predatory. Our storage location ended up being much further away than disclosed, was in a liquor store on an extremely sketchy street (and my tolerance for such things is quite high), we ended up canceling and choosing to keep our bags with us, but luggage hero still charged us a fee for a late cancel despite not disclosing this policy upfront
