Amsterdam. Easy to find. Friendly staff. No problems

Highly recommend! We left our 2 bags at Jasmine News in London near Farringdon Station. We were meeting someone for lunch in Exmouth but our hotel was far away. I found Luggagehero solved this problem and the location worked out perfectly The gentleman at Jasmine News provided excellent service and handled our bags with care. I was very comfortable leaving them there for 3 hours.

The location (@12 William street Newark) owner was very friendly and prompt . The facility is well located and convinient . The app however does not accept international credit cards ! We had a difficult time paying for the storage which eventually got sorted by paying on store .

Do NOT use this company! While luggage storage was no problem and the owner of the shop nice and friendly they charged ADDITIONAL fees afterwards! So the fees increased by more than 50 percent on my credit card. They claim that we did not stop the "clock", but nobody told us to do so when we picked up the luggage without any further notice. And NO REACTION at all on my complaints. So I can only warn you, NOT to use this one. There are plenty other companies, which stay with the agreed price. And any attempt to contact them via e-mail also to the suggested e-mail below was without any answer.

The location is very close to Kobenhavn H train station by the police office exit. It can be done within 5 minutes. The process and application is very simple.

We arrived at a location that did not exist. It was described as a Stop n Shop and was an office block. There was nothing in the area resembling the shop name.
We missed a large part of the event we were attending and had to find another luggage facility. Receiving a refund took forever, with unnecessary repetitive questioning.
