This is the 2nd time I've used Lothian Domestics to fix my washing machine, separate issues. They are prompt and keep you in the loop as to when they'll arrive. Paul, diagnosed the issue straight away and repaired it there and then. He saved me £100's on a new washing machine. There prices are very competitive, I was amazed at how little it cost, £116 for visit, diagnosis and fitting new washing machine brushes. I thoroughly recommend this company with a 5 star rating and won't hesitate to use them again in the near future.

Once you have booked an appointment, they keep you updated with the estimated arrival time. Also, you get sent a link to see exactly where your engineer is. Stephen was very polite, listened to my issue and fixed the microwave no problem. Overall great service!

Once I'd jumped through Samsung's hoops, dealing with this company was quick, simple and easy. Immediately got an appointment within the week and then was notified that a cancellation meant I could bring it forward, which I did. Less time without the washing machine was very much appreciated. Steven, the engineer who came out to see me was polite, efficient and personable. He sorted everything out quickly. Excellent experience all round. Would recommend.

Scott arrived exactly when he said he would; he was civil, informative and very efficient. The matter was dealt with in very little time and I received advice on how to avoid a recurrence.

My repairs were carried out swiftly and efficiently. It was helpful that the engineer had the correct parts with him at the time of the visit to repair my machine. A pre-visit phone call during which the engineer diagnosed the most likely fault assisted in this process. All in all I am very happy with the work that was carried out and my tumble dryer is now performing exactly as it should again.

The service engineer was polite, customer-focused, and carried out the repair in a very systematic and professional way. He carefully analysed the root cause before fixing the issue efficiently. Engineer ( Paul) was pleasant and efficient. Microwave fault diagnosed, part ordered and repair carried out within four working days. Was kept updated on whole process.

Good communication regarding time of arrival. Ross arrived well within 2 hour window that was agreed.
Issue identified and repair completed quickly, Ross even swept up some broken glass he found when he pulled the dishwasher out!

Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did. Scott arrived today and fitted and tested my washing machine door gasket seal. The is the second time I have used Lothian Domestic and would highly recommend for ease of booking and the friendly & professional service provided by their engineers
