Probably the best customer service you will ever experience. The beds are exquisite. I have purchased two Saatva Classic luxury firm king size mattresses. They are definitely firm so don't choose luxury firm if you are looking for a plush mattress. From purchase to delivery the process was perfection.

Worst mattress ever. It is supposed to sleep cool. But no it is like a hot box. My back hits worse since I have been using this mattress. I feel pressure point on my hip and ribs so I am tossing and turning all night. I never did a rerun cause I could not afford to get a new mattress while I wait for the money back from this one. I sleep on regret every night. Don’t waste your money.

This is the best bed I have ever owned. I am a 72 year old male, and have lived with neck and back pain whenever I got up in the morning for years. I thought it was just old age and my arthritis. But when I was in Europe in the spring, I slept on foam beds in the hotels I stayed at, and I had no neck or back pain. So I checked out as many foam beds as I could on the internet, and decided on buying a Loom & Leaf bed because of the 120 day guarantee. It was a good decision! I no longer have back and neck pain when I get up in the morning, or when I take naps in the afternoon. I am extremely pleased with this bed.

Outstanding customer service. Order and delivery was flawless and only took 10 days from order to delivery. Just received the mattress so it's a little early to determine if we like or not.

Excellent product warranty and telephone customer service experience. I was less impressed with the lack of schedule accomdation by their bed delivery service for my area, who initially said they would not deliver after 5pm, M-F or on Saturday. One call to the Zen Haven rep and I was assured my bed could and would be delivered after 5pm on a weekday or on a Saturday. I was treated with utmost respect and I felt like a valued customer.

So far my wife and I have been extremely happy with this company. We ordered a queen Loom & Leaf, luxury firm, with a Lineal adjustable frame. The order was processed timely, and the mattress and frame were delivered within a week's time. We had an unfortunate event with the moving company causing some damage to our hardwood flooring during delivery, and I reached out to Loom & Leaf for information on the delivery company. To my surprise, Loom & Leaf offered to compensate us directly for the floor repair, and never made us jump through any hoops attempting to establish a claim. I have been extremely impressed with this company so far, and would definitely recommend their product to anyone looking to take a mild chance on ordering a mattress online.
