Your happiness is the priority

Although the bed I bought from Loom and Leaf didn’t end up being right for me; my experience with the company was wonderful. They were polite and helpful and always made me feel like my sleep experience was more important than the sell of the mattress. They never pressured me, not in the slightest, to keep a bed I didn’t love. Thank you Loom and Leaf, I would highly recommend you to everyone!

An excellent product and company

Four years ago my husband and I bought a king size Loom and Leaf mattress. We have loved it every night since. Last week I noticed that there was a lump that had appeared on the surface of the mattress. I tried to flatten it out, but to no avail. It isn’t uncomfortable, but is unsightly. I called Loom and Leaf and the representative explained my available warranty options. What a marvelous company! I am delighted!

A good company and product.

A good company to deal with. They have a good mattress product and they back up their exchange program. This is the third set of mattresses we have purchased from them in the last four yerars.

LOVE my Loom & Leaf!

This is an incredible company. Not only are their mattresses comfortable but their customer service is terrific. I had an issue and they resolved it immediately, with no problem. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and truly recommend their mattresses to everyone I know!

More than I expected...

I've had my mattress for over a year and I called with what I thought was a fixable problem. Once I explained it, she said that shouldn't happen, we'll send you a new mattress. That was it. I offered to send a picture and she said that's not necessary. Customer care beyond expectations!

VERY COMFORTABLE and GREAT night sleep!! I will only buy beds from Loom & Leaf !

I have been a customer since 2016 and have never been dissatisfied because of their excellent customer service and immediate response. We initially ordered the Saatva mattress and it was beautifully made but a bit too firm for us. They quickly exchanged it for the Loom & Leaf Mattress which was much better for us. The process was so easy and we did not have to pay for anything extra for the transaction. This is a top notch Company who truly does what they say they do! Thank you for providing excellent beds to sleep as well as excellent customer service!

BEWARE! It's not the same as it used to be! Hard as a rock.

I originally purchased a Loom & Leaf mattress in 2015, and it was the BEST mattress EVER. I was absolutely obsessed with it - incredible deep sleep every night and no pain whatsoever. It was heavenly and honestly it ruined sleeping on other beds, even in luxury hotels with nice mattresses. I had it replaced recently by L&L under the warranty, and the new mattress they sent me is HORRIBLE. I will go into details below, but they have DEFINITELY changed the mattress and design. The customer service reps kept assuring me that nothing has changed, but that's a complete lie. The top even looks completely different and is much firmer.

The background: a few years after buying my original L&L, the top layer of the mattress began bundling up and jutting out upwards. It was still extremely comfortable, so I didn't really bother doing anything about it. This issue worsened over time, until I decided to give their customer service a call a couple of months ago.

Their service reps are very nice and attentive - definitely an A+ in this area. They outlined 2 options, either pay $199 to have my mattress repaired, or $299 to have it replaced. Now that I think about it, the very obvious defect should've been repaired free of charge, but I digress. I decided that $100 more for a new mattress sounded like a great deal, so I went for that option and got a replacement Relaxed Firm.

This mattress IS NOT THE SAME as my old one in any way. IT'S LIKE A ROCK!!!!

Their customer service kept assuring me that there's no change in the mattress at all, but that's simply not true. Even the cover is a totally different design and feel - my cover was so much softer and it had a different design. I slept on my original one for 4 years, I'm pretty sure I can tell the difference. They told me to wait a bit as the mattress needs to be broken in - well, it's been over a month and it's still A ROCK. I wake up every single morning with back pain and I haven't slept through the night since the mattress was replaced. I'm so disappointed. Even if they give me my $300 back, it will cost a lot more than that to buy a new mattress. L&L has seriously impacted my life in a negative way.

exceeded my expectations! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Customer service is second to none. Bought my second mattress with Saatva and they are true to their word. They have the best pricing for quality you will find. I did much research and Saatva continues to be highly rated through many review sites, often times coming out number 1! They stand behind their product and in the wild wild world of mattress sales that’s hard to find.

Mattress

I've had a chance to sleep on it now and still not sure what to think. I love the firmness- my back feels good. The organic cotton is nice-no off gasing, but sleeps a little hot. The edge of bed is not as firm as the middle and collapses easier than advertised. There were some delivery problems that were rectified after I made phone calls and the company was very professional. I was hoping I would look forward to crawling into bed every night and passing out like the mattress at Mandala Bay,LV- but that just isnt happening. I had higher expectations for a $1000 mattress.

I ordered a bed to small and they exchanged it immediately. A year later, my son was still finding the bed too hard so they sent me a mattress toper free of charge! Good old fashion American service!

Amazing bed, even better customer service

Greetings Saatva team, my wife and I had a great experience with you when we purchased our bed from you. We've recommended you to friends and family because of it. The interaction I had with Stephanie was one of the best customer service experiences I've heard of. It proved that you firmly stand behind your products, that you really care about your customers, and that you address issues head on with the main goal being to keep your customer happy. Stephanie was clear, concise, knowledgeable, and caring. She went way above and beyond what I would consider great customer service. I've personally experience terrible customer service and great customer service. My call with Stephanie set the bar way higher than it was. Excellent customer service

Excellent company offering mattresses made in the USA, as well as military discounts. Fantastic satisfaction guarantee which allows you to sleep on the mattress for 120 nights to decide if it is right for you. If not, you can return or choose another one of their mattresses, all you have to pay is the $99 delivery fee.
