I have a few words to describe my experience with Saatva and its employees, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, organized, empathetic, helpful, and professional. Great experience overall.

Easy return, very professional Representative.

After 6 months a lump appeared in the top left-hand side of my mattress. A quick call and the problem was solved. No pictures no inspections just a promise to build a new mattress and ship it ASAP.

During the delivery of my mattress it got some spots on the side.
The representative of the company offered to replace the
mattress or give me a payment for me to clean the mattress.
He was very attentive and wanted to do whatever would
make me happy. He was an excellent representative of the
company. I would encourage anyone to order from them
knowing how good customer service is.

I've had a Loom & Leaf mattress (queen size) for just over 3 years. Within the last year or so the top of the mattress has become lumpy, as if the foam has lost its integrity and has come apart inside the mattress top. It's very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Yes, I regularly rotate the mattress. And yes, I have the mattress on a high-quality foundation.

I contacted customer service and their solution was to offer me a replacement mattress at 30% cost. They said I could opt for a firmer mattress as well. At first this seemed like a fair solution, and I researched the mattresses within the Saatva brands. When I settled on the Hybrid mattress I was told the 30% deal was not valid because it is a premium product. I am back to being disappointed and frustrated. I really just want a mattress with good support and quality and was willing to invest more money in it.

Buying this mattress was a complete waste of time and money. If you're looking for a mattress with good support and a good warranty, my advice is to shop around and avoid buying off the internet.

Products delivered as promised. I had to make an exchange and the customer service people are friendly, well trained, understanding, and as helpful as can be. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Other companies should take note!

Everyone at this company has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish! The Saatva mattress I purchased is great, but a little firm, so I have initiated an exchange for a plush mattress; the easiest exchange process in history!

I was outside of our 120 day return window, I called Saatva to explain that my wife would prefer a firmer mattress - within 5 minutes they processed the exchange for a new mattress. Great company, excellent customer service, support and employees. The company philosophy is definitely ingrained into the employees who provide a stellar experience.

From day one this has been the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, and I'm old so that says a lot! I was skeptical about buying a mattress online, but I'm glad I did. I tend to sleep hot, but with the Loom and Leaf mattress I don't have that problem anymore. It's like magic. Also, this mattress is supportive yet easy on your joints. I highly recommend it.

I originally tried the Luxury Firm, but after two months found it hurt my shoulders and hips in the morning (I am a side sleeper). I was able to exchange it for the Plush Soft mattress, but after a month still had the same issue with the pain in my hips. The mattress was incredible when it came to relieving my back pain, however. Even though it did not work for me, I would suggest Saatva to everyone.
