Excellent staff!!

Great location & parking.
Greeted right away--easy check in.
Everyone was very friendly, and I was done in about 20 minutes! Each technician also explained what they were doing, and seemed very knowledgeable.

When I did NOT receive my results in…

When I did NOT receive my results in the mail as it was understood at time of booking, I called and was told I needed to set up a portal to see results, it would be a 15 dollar charge to have sent?? When I went for the screening, every station tried to sell me additional testing as well as the person i booked with on the phone. That was all they were interested in, spending more money. I will Never again use Lifeline screening, nor would I recommend to anyone else if asked . The screenings were not explained when being performed, seemed like it was only a blood pressure cuff used, First time I had done several years ago it was actual ultrasound used. Not a good experience. Especially the fact that results were not given as indicated.

I recently visited Lifeline Screening…

I recently visited Lifeline Screening and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, the setup felt unprofessional, and the employees appeared annoyed and disengaged. There was little to no explanation of the procedures being performed, leaving me unsure about what was happening at each step. The process seemed disorganized and lacked any clear structure or rationale, which made the experience confusing. Overall, I expected a more professional and informative approach for something as important as health screening.
