Get someone that is registering and…

Get someone that is registering and checking patients in. That isn’t wearing a surgical mask. Had to ask the person what I needed to do like three times to understand what was said. And there was several people that came in after me that had the same problem. I’m not hard of hearing and I’m sure most of them weren’t either.

The people that take calls are complete…

The people that take calls are complete idiots. I was a member of the club and have now canceled. They hit you with the club fee then all kinds of extras when you arrive because nothing is really included in that fee. I'm done with the membership.

I was shocked to see that the area of work was so tight.
It resulted in no visual privacy for me or the other Clients.
It was not possible or comfortable to ask questions because 2 other Clients were within close hearing distance.

I like that I can do everything all in one location. Everyone was nice and the procedure’s were fairly quick at each station.
Once you fill out the pre-registration stuff online before your appointment date, it’s a quick check in.
