We bought the Noma starry nights spectrum 306 led tree on 28/12/23, it was delivered in Jan 2024 so was 1st used Christmas 2024 for approx 4 weeks. It was stored in the box in our loft. It's 2nd Christmas (2025) has lasted just 3 weeks & a section has stopped working. Checked connections etc but no luck. I emailed manufacturer & got a 'that's too bad, tough luck' response. Appalling customer service. 7 weeks of use is unacceptable. We would not recommend. If they can't be bothered to make a decent product they're not worthy of our hard earned cash.
*** since posting this review I contacted the manufacturer again asking if they could at least help with a replacement of the faulty section. Trudie replied advising that wasn't possible, however..... she offered a set of lights in the same colours that we could add to the tree in thr faulty section free of charge. Trudie - I give you 5 stars- for great customer service, for listening & understanding & offering a resolution. For your colleagues who took the process driven, standard response..... I give you 1 star for replying but you do need to take a few pointers from Trudie.
We're hopeful that the set of lights work out for Christmas 2026.
I think , also, you need to look at why lights fail & accept that they're faulty & not assume all customers just chuck everything in a box. Some people do take care of them.
If this tree had continued working it would have had 5 stars....
**** since Trudie stepped in with a resolution I got the reply below which indicates a standard script post & that the person didn't actually read any of the information on my account.

So very helpful!
I spoke to Trudie on the Monday before Christmas, explaining that the transformer on our Christmas lights had stopped working. I gave her all the details of the part number etc. she was so helpful and said she doubted we would get the replacement before Christmas but she would use first class post. I couldn’t believe it arrived on Christmas Eve! She was so sympathetic with my disappointment and tried her best to resolve my problem. Fantastic service from her. Above and beyond at a very busy time of year. Thank you Trudie!

The lights on our tree failed
The lights on our tree failed, a quick phone call to customer service and within 24hours we received a replacement transformer. Problem solved, our tree is once again lit up ready for Christmas. Excellent prompt service, thank you.

Leaping Stag
Last Christmas I purchased a beautiful outdoor illuminating leaping stag that can alternate from gold to silver light. However this year I set the stag up in the front garden, but for some unknown reason there seem to be a problem, it just wouldn’t light up, so I contacted NOMA and spoke to an agent called Trudy and explained the situation also telling her that my 12 month guarantee had only just expired. She asked me if I’d checked the wiring and led bulbs etc, so I told her that’s exactly what I’d already done. However, even though my guarantee had only just expired I was sent a new transformer. I plugged the transformer in and now the stag works perfectly well.
I’m so grateful for this kind act Trudy did for me. The stag looks beautiful, such an eye catching festive garden ornament, the neighbours passing by always make remarks about how lovely it looks.
This is why I highly recommend NOMA to anyone who wants to purchase items from this company and Trudy is a credit to your team of staff.

I bought some Noma xmas lights. The instructions were a joy - not some sequence of incomprehensible pictures - but written instructions: and in beautiful, clear English as spoken here. This gave me such pleasure I read every word. I then wrote to congratulate the Company, and within a few minutes had a charming acknowledgement. I emailed quite a few friends about this, and they were all impressed. (And the lights are just what I wanted.)

I cannot recommend Leisuregrow LTD Products (Noma Lights) highly enough. From start to finish, the level of service I received was nothing short of exceptional.

I bought some nostalgic Christmas lights, the kind my mother bought when we were children and I didn't put them up straight away so when I did and found one of the shades missing I didn't even remember which garden centre I'd got them from so I emailed the company. I was basically just wanting to be able to buy a shade so my lights are perfect and a little nod to Mum who is no longer with us. They far exceeded my expectations and within 5 days not one but five replacement shades arrived and they didn't ask for a penny!! Replacement Light Accessory
On opening our Christmas Lights this year we found that the wand controller for our Noma Magic Candles was not working.
I phoned Noma and after a quick email a replacement was sent out within a day and delivered the following one.

Excellent customer service
I bought some Noma Christmas lights from my local garden centre, but when I got home I discovered that the transformer unit was not working. I returned them to the garden centre and the manager replaced the transformer with one he had spare from a completely different set of lights. The lights now worked, but the settings were completely different from the ones I wanted. I was also unsure if it was safe to use. I contacted the customer service team at Leisuregrow to ask their advice. They responded promptly, reassuring me that the lights were safe to use. Leisuregrow also told me that they would send out a new transformer for my lights that would enable them to operate as they should.
I was extremely happy with the service I had received from Leisuregrow. They showed excellent customer service, setting the bar for other companies to aspire to.
