Good quality and a wide selection of toys to choose from
I have bought several petface toys for our medium size supermutt because my dog is obsessed with the squeaky inside them and find these toys are a good quality, there material doesnt pull out easily which make the toys last longer and my floor isn't covered with fur, his favourite is the duck, unfortunately jessie the giraffe stopped squeaking within 3 hours of our dog playing with it, but contacted leisuregrow which were helpful and sorted things out for me. Good customer service and would recommend petface toys to others.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Very rare in this day and age. I had an issue with outdoor garden furniture and customer service dealt with it immediately and next day I received a replacement part which I easily fitted myself. I cannot fault this company in any way. Great service, great products.

I contacted the company due to a dog toy not lasting very long, within the jaws of my German shepherd X ‘enthusiastic chewer’, Stanley. James, replied very quickly. Having purchased a consumer item via Amazon UK that was supplied by Leisuregrow, there was a small issue with the product that I hoped that Leisuregrow might be able to help me with. I contacted them first by telephone and then with a requested follow-up email, and hey presto - the great folk at Leisuregrow set about helping me, and surpassed my expectations with their proposed remedy. Excellent service, I would highly recommend this company, although I would probably suggest they use a different courier as they were atrocious. My item arrived but on receipt small fragments were broken off it through transportation presumably, but item was still functional. I contacted the company and told them, they immediately responded to my email and offered me a partial refund which I was more than happy to accept.

We have several sets of Noma lights. When we tried one set on the 20th December that we had bought a few years ago, we realised the transformer was not working. A quick search (Amazon/ebay) showed that there was not a suitable transformer available. I tried the Noma website to see if I could purchase one there and it appeared that it was a non-standard set.
So I contacted the support desk for guidance (I had already assumed that we could not resolve for 2025). I got a response within 24 hours, which was followed by an offer to send a replacement transformer, which arrived 24th December.
I cannot fault the speed, politeness and just faultless customer service. It was a really nice way to start Christmas.

We bought the Noma starry nights spectrum 306 led tree on 28/12/23, it was delivered in Jan 2024 so was 1st used Christmas 2024 for approx 4 weeks. It was stored in the box in our loft. It's 2nd Christmas (2025) has lasted just 3 weeks & a section has stopped working. Checked connections etc but no luck. I emailed manufacturer & got a 'that's too bad, tough luck' response. Appalling customer service. 7 weeks of use is unacceptable. We would not recommend. If they can't be bothered to make a decent product they're not worthy of our hard earned cash.
*** since posting this review I contacted the manufacturer again asking if they could at least help with a replacement of the faulty section. Trudie replied advising that wasn't possible, however..... she offered a set of lights in the same colours that we could add to the tree in thr faulty section free of charge. Trudie - I give you 5 stars- for great customer service, for listening & understanding & offering a resolution. For your colleagues who took the process driven, standard response..... I give you 1 star for replying but you do need to take a few pointers from Trudie.
We're hopeful that the set of lights work out for Christmas 2026.
I think , also, you need to look at why lights fail & accept that they're faulty & not assume all customers just chuck everything in a box. Some people do take care of them.
If this tree had continued working it would have had 5 stars....

I spoke to Trudie on the Monday before Christmas, explaining that the transformer on our Christmas lights had stopped working. I gave her all the details of the part number etc. she was so helpful and said she doubted we would get the replacement before Christmas but she would use first class post. I couldn’t believe it arrived on Christmas Eve! She was so sympathetic with my disappointment and tried her best to resolve my problem. Fantastic service from her.
