I have had nothing but really good and helpful customer service support, especially from the Manchester team, Gary and Ben. My initial contact was with my nearest branch (60 miles away) in Hereford and the staff there were also very response. Highly recommend LCE.

A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

They were unable to get me the binoculars I wanted as Nicon had not delivered their order. As it was a birthday present I needed them by a certain time which they couldn’t promise. Asked ,for their advice on a substitute and they were very helpful.

Very welcoming store and the lovely Chris talked me through some of the options that would suit what I wanted to do. It was great to get some of his knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, no pressure or rushing. I left with a great bundle of goodies to set up my business. Very pleased with the service and how welcoming everyone is. I had one item not in store but it was no issue and it was posted out to me. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for anything for your camera or exploring options.
