Excellent customer service.
The used camera had an intermittent fault and had to be returned, which was an easy process. The staff at the Gloucester branch could not have been more helpful and understanding in dealing with this and I am happy to say they offered several options to resolve the matter, all of which were acceptable. I would have no hesitation in dealing with LCE again.

I was helped today by Izzy, Simon and Derek and they were all wonderful! I had some very specific requests from my manager of camera and equipment I needed to get and they did everything they could to ensure I left with everything I needed. They were so patient and kind, I’ll be recommending to everyone I know!

Excellent help from Jake in Gloucester…
Excellent help from Jake in Gloucester on the Nikon D750 and 85mm f1.2 lens which I subsequently bought. I also came back for the Grip with battery and will probably also return for a zoom lens 85 to 300 mm or something similar.

Travelled to this store to have a look at some cameras and lenses to set up my photography business.
Very welcoming store and the lovely Chris talked me through some of the options that would suit what I wanted to do. It was great to get some of his knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, no pressure or rushing. I left with a great bundle of goodies to set up my business. Very pleased with the service and how welcoming everyone is. I had one item not in store but it was no issue and it was posted out to me. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for anything for your camera or exploring options.

I went in to the Gloucester Ice and was warmly asked what was I interested in. Their assistant sorted my two camera problems and clearly explained some of the features I'd missed! When I mentioned my interest in macro photography, he flagged up a day I could go into the shop for demonstration and features of macro work. This assistant was very knowledgeable and shared the same enthusiasm for macro. A great experience.

First Class Service
I would just like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for my experience at London Camera Exchange (Gloucester) on Saturday.
Derek and the team could not have been more helpful and welcoming if they tried.
I bought a used Nikon lens at a really competitive price and in first rate condition. They gave me a really good deal on my part-ex equipment too.
This has to be one of my best shopping experiences in a very long time, enough to prompt me into writing a review.
