Awful customer service. Returned an item 3 weeks ago, was received on the 18th July and still haven’t been issued a refund despite chasing this several times.

Love my Roma air jet,and the extra cover is so very good ,really does keep the hot tub warmer for longer over night. After using the tub , the temperature is 33c .we put both cover on straight away ,and in the morning when we go to set it up again it’s still 33 c so does not take long to heat up again. Would recommend any one to buy the extra cover for all there hot tubs

Did not receive my part , had to sends lots of emails took ages to get a reply . Eventually told they couldn’t get it and would have to refund and now weeks later still no refund ! I’m so disappointed with this company so very wrong and I want my money back. Had to send more emails as only received money for part and not postage, so asked why I was paying for postage on something I did not receive? Why would they do this anyway? However eventually after more emails they decided to refund postage . Struggle to understand how this company could not supply the part from one of their own hot tubs but I could get it within a few days from Amazon.

What a fantastic bit of kit! Not cheap but our Fiji tub is robust, well made and looks great. Ideal for post-run relaxation. Quick delivery and tons of information to help us choose the perfect model for our space. Very happy with our purchase.

My original order went missing as it was NOT DELIVERED TO MY PREMISES!” I had to purchase elsewhere as i needed the goods. I was offered,eventually,a full refund which i agreed to,but have received nothing? Last week a replacement order which was not required was allegedly delivered to my address even though i was away 250 miles away and an initial photo shown by Evri appeared to suggest it was thrown over a gate which once again is not accessible to me or part of my property! I am now back at my home address and the replacement goods are again nowhere to be seen? It is appalling by Evri AGAIN!! i just want my refund please

Once my order was placed I was kept informed and received my spa on time. The spa is of excellent quality with a relatively easy set up and clear instructions. We use it every day and are very pleased with our purchase.

Lay-z spas are terrific, they really work and are a lifesaver in the hot weather. However, they can be prone to leaks and then you need to patch them. I ordered a repair kit for my 4 year old Miami which was dispatched quickly but lost by the courier. I contacted Lay-z spa and got a very quick response offering a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and in the fullness of time it will probably turn up, but at the moment - nothing. So, good response from the company but still no products.

Delivery was delivered in the timeframe supplied when ordered. The Helsinki spa is very good. The bubbles generated from the pump are strong and invigorating. The body of the spa supports our bodies perfectly without the feeling that it may collapse. All in all, we can highly recommend this spa. 10/10

Apart from the fact that we've only just set the hot tub up due to finishing preps in our garden, the delivery service was great and the hot tub itself is working fine and lovely. We are still jiggling with the chemical balance before being able to use it for its therapeutic purpose

Very pleased with the product (Helsinki spa) and accessories but a bit slow in paying refunds for one accessory I returned

Ordered a “thermal hot tub cover”. Emails arrived to say it had shipped and tracking available. Over a week later and the tracking status never being updated, I contacted their customer services and was advised the item was lost and they don’t know where it is so my order is being refunded. WT!!???! Had I not expedited this order I would be non the wiser and they’d still be holding onto my £120.
This is the first month I’ve switched from 5 years of being with “Intex” to Lazy Spa and regretting it already!
There is also another Trust pilot site for Lazy Spa, research it, it is ONE STAR with endless bad reviews, so the five star on their website is utter lies.

Im not sharing my personal address etc on here. I suggest you look up prior orders at this time frame for a thermal hot tub cover against my name. I’ve since reordered the cover and hoping it arrives this time and does go AWOL this time around.

Easy to build and just a great quality piece of kit money well spent excellent addition to the garden

This a great product. It has many features of much more expensive hot tubs. Love it.
Only thing i found was that on the Hollywood the LED light cable was shorter than the mains cable. They do not sell an extention cable for it. I did manage to get an extention cable on Amazon.

I followed the instructions on the package prepared the area and keyed the patch with wet and dry put sufficient glue onto the area and the patch left for five minutes and applied when tacky placed a heavy weight on area and. Left for twelve hours removed weight when dry and blew up hot tub six hours later as it was in full sun in morning within three days it had swelled up and was leaking air again

The part I order does not even fit when email customer service just been ignored
