I applied and completed my visa process, including biometrics. However, my CAS was withdrawn at a later stage, and my admission was cancelled.
While I understand such decisions may be part of internal procedures, the refund process has been very slow. It has been over 3 months, and only the health insurance amount has been refunded so far.
This delay has been frustrating, and clearer communication regarding refund timelines would greatly help future applicants.

I applied for the January 2025 intake, but unfortunately the university withdrew my CAS before the enrollment date without proper support or clear communication. I submitted a refund request almost three months ago, and I still haven’t received it.
The response from the university has been very slow and disappointing throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here, as the handling of student concerns and refunds has been very poor.

To be honest I’ve had a challenging experience which tasked my mental capabilities particularly when I had to resist for my compliance interview couple of times it was really a challenging task for me which is very good I mean the origination of the compliance interview was a very nice idea because most aspiring students might not what’s coming for them and might not know much about their course of study so compliance interview is a clue where you get to know more about your course and all. So apart from that the other processes has been a nice experience for me and I can’t wait to gain more knowledge from ULAW to fulfill my career prospects. I really appreciate the ULAW it was a wonderful experience for me.

I completed all required steps, obtained my CAS, and applied for my visa within two days. However, while my visa decision from UKVI was still pending, the university suddenly withdrew my CAS. This decision has caused serious disruption to my study plans and resulted in financial and time loss. If the university intended to withdraw the CAS, it should not have been issued in the first place, as this prevented me from applying to other universities.

The University of Law cancelled my CAS without giving any prior notice. They suddenly sent me an email saying that they were cancelling it. They wasted my time, and my money remained tied up for so long. This has been the worst university experience. I would not recommend anyone to apply here.

University administration wasted my 3 months, cancel my admission twice, without any strong reason. They refered me twice in two consecutive terms but didn't issues CAS. Now, it's been 2 months and I Didn't get my refund yet.

I am having great experience at the University of Law. Being an international student in LLM international corporate governance i am feeling grateful towards the University of Law as it provides quality education with court visit and other practical experiences. It also provides student support services like mental health and wellbeing as well as physical activities. Further, it supports international student to cope up with the difficulties.

I had a very bad experience with The University of Law. The university withdrew my CAS without any clear reason while my visa application was still under processing. This caused me serious stress, financial loss, and uncertainty about my future studies.
I had already followed all instructions, paid the required fees, and completed my visa process, but the sudden CAS withdrawal was unfair and disappointing. I did not receive proper communication or a satisfactory explanation from the university.
I expected professionalism and support from such a well-known university, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I hope the university improves its communication and handles international students’ cases more responsibly in the future.

If I could give this university 0 stars, I truly would. Had an awful experience dealing with admissions. The university made an error from their end with cost me a whole year of education wasted, on top of that it took them forever to refund me despite their mistake. I would avoid them at all costs.

Very bad experience with the UOL incase of fee refunding.
Moreover i passed the pre CAS interview. My CAS shield was running smoothly at it was completed 80% but at the last moment i got the message that we are sorry.
My whole year is wasted just because of you guys.
And after 4 to 5 months i got my fees back with round about 400 calls.

I had a wonderful, smooth experience. Defined by both efficiency and a personal touch. Chris Tamayo was a huge help, guiding me through the application process and keeping me updated every step of the way. The admissions team was also fantastic. This level of support was matched by the admissions team as well, whose instant responsiveness and professional demeanor removed all the guesswork. And the company truly excels at proactive communication and creating a supportive environment for new students.

The application process was amazing and unbelievably smooth, especially with the help of my assigned Programme Advisor. The visa compliance process on the other hand, was long and stressful but proved to be extremely helpful during my visa application. I am glad I chose ULaw.
