Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my trip due to the failure of the hotel transfer service arranged through my booking.
On arrival, I was not picked up by the transfer provider. I contacted lastminute.com immediately and was advised to take a taxi, keep the receipt, and send it to you for reimbursement. I followed these instructions and submitted the taxi receipt as requested.
However, I have still not received the promised refund.
This unresolved issue has significantly affected my overall experience with lastminute.com. Before asking me to rate or recommend your service, I would appreciate it if you could resolve my outstanding refund without further delay.
Please review my case and confirm when the refund will be processed.

Easy, Last minute
Last minute is easy to navigate and has good menu for hotels in either list form or map view so you can see what’s around. The booking process is simple and easy. Never had any issues using the app with bookings and will definitely be using again for future bookings

Fantastic spot, friendly helpful staff
The room was ideal and so clean. The staff were very helpful. The weather was so hot we asked for an extra fan. Staff went to the trouble of setting up an aircon unit into the room. We were so grateful. Nothing is a problem - Ideally located to get to anywhere in London- we will be back. Thanks to all the staff.
