Great experience.
Great experience.. I could easily finance my whole trip including flight which you don’t get easily with other companies.Communication was very easy though emails about each step. I am very pleased with my experience.

Definitely not a 4*
Located at the top of a steep hill, not good if disabled or elderly.
Food was poor, breakfast and evening meal (we did half board).
No courtesy room on the last day, when we enquired we were advised to use the outdoor showers 🤷♀️. Obviously this was not an option so paid extra to keep our room on.
Disappointed as booked a 4 star and it only just met a 3 star.

Flights were easy and the hotel was absolutely excellent. Exceptional staff, all eager to please. The food was exceptional. We had a truly wonderful time in possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in.
