Hugh provided excellent information on the current housing market in our local area and was very helpful for deciding on the best way to market the house, including the sale price.

A Home Report, photographs and sale board were all organised quickly and the house was advertised on the main internet websites within 24 hours. The marketing material looked great with excellent photos and motivating text.

We had a lot of interest and the house sold within a very short time; thanks to Hugh and his team.

Lanarkshire Law Estate Agent provided an excellent service from the initial valuation, photos and viewings through to the final selling of the property.
We had many viewings over a number of days which were carried out by LLEA and after each viewing day I was contacted and given an update.
The App used by LLEA was also very usefully as this provided details of who was viewing the property and when, feedback from each viewer along with any offers made.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and provided me with assistance when required.

From my first meeting, organising the home report, the marketing and constant communication throughout, I have had the best experience with LLEA. The App used to track my selling progress is excellent as well. The whole team are very friendly and efficient and go above and beyond.
