Wasn’t easy selling our family home for over 50 years but Lanarkshire law estate agents were so very helpful did all the viewings kept us up to date with everything wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

This is our first time selling a house. The professionalism, knowledge of the market and keeping us updated on the process as it happened made it a very easy thing for us to do.
Having a legal practice attached to the estate business made selling our property so much easier.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This phenomenal team has now sold three properties for our family in just six months, making what is usually a stressful process completely seamless.

Alison leads an absolutely amazing branch with incredible expertise. Lynn handles every client in such a great personal manner, while Hugh is fantastic at managing all the viewings. Together with Kevin, Kelly Ann, Rio, and Yvonne, they are remarkably proactive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone considering selling in the Lanarkshire area.

We have just purchased a property and sold our own home with Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents.
From the first free valuation meeting, to seeing the sold sign in the garden, took less than 2 weeks. The whole process has been so easy and has really taken the stress away from what is such a stressful time.
Everyone on the team is so lovely to deal with and very helpful at keeping you updated through each stage, answering all our questions and made us feel at ease with it all.
Alison is such a warm and friendly person, always at the other end of the phone (no question too silly to ask!) and nothing was too much trouble.

Top class estate agents from start to finish, their service was second to none. I am in my 80s and nervous at deciding to move home at my age but Kevin put me at ease taking time to explain the whole process to me and guiding me in the right direction when putting in an offer in for a new property. All the girls in the office were so patient with me, especially Kelly who talked me through all the offers received and helping me decide what was the best option for my circumstances. From the start all staff have been very professional, helpful and couldnt be any more friendly than they are. They have kept us up to date with every detail and anything we needed to know they explained straight away.
