I fell in love with these unique and pretty slippers from Laines London. I was so excited to wear them.
When the package arrived the box looked tampered with. I ordered two pairs of slippers but only one arrived. The receipt was packed for two items.
Chantelle rectified the problem and provided amazing service.

Beautiful slippers that are well made and delivered within the timescale quoted. They were bought as gifts and both recipients absolutely loved them.

Lovely product, slow delivery times

First of all, I have two pairs of slippers that I absolutely love! ❤️ Therefore, I decided to send a “pet” pair to a dear friend for the Holidays! Something useful, yet unique! She ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! Received so many complimentary notes from her; all raving about the slippers! They’re cute, unique and more importantly, comfy! I highly recommend ordering this unique company’s products. Delivery is timely, but beware of the high cost for shipping to the United States. (Almost 1/2 the cost of the slippers!). Additionally, as they are shipped by an International carrier, check for the correct delivery address. LainesLondon had it correct, but DHL somehow wrote in an incorrect address!! I noticed it immediately, upon receiving the shipping notification and was able to correct, but it did result in a couple of days delayed delivery.

Amazing slippers, but the logo came off after wearing them for just a couple of days, so I had to stitch it back on myself. A bit annoying considering the price.

2nd pair excellent quality and so quirky. Thank you again

I got these gorgeous slippers as a gift but they were too small. I contacted them and explained that I didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift and the customer service was exceptional. They responded within an hour told me to post back and replaced with a bigger pair which they sent straight away at their own expense. I felt I had to write a review as it was a breath of fresh air how they handled my enquiry and just said post back no worries. Special mention to Chantelle who looked after me. You can always tell the quality of a company only when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. Thank you to you and your team. The product is gorgeous and clearly high quality. A perfect gift

Beautiful slippers. I have bought many over the years for myself and for gifts and the quality is always amazing. Everyone always complements them and the fact the broaches can detach if needed allows 2 looks in one. Also they are super comfy and have a decent sole unlike most other slippers!

Website easy to access, product exceptional, and was delivered sooner than expected

Shipping to the US was very quick, and love that all taxes etc. are included in the price. This has been a major factor in purchase decisions online (ex pat here). The slippers are sent in mesh bag which gives extra nice touch for gifting. Very happy with these, well made slippers with fun brooches that are unique and will last way past the slippers! Excited to gift these!!!
