Told me it would take an hour. It took 2 hours. Paid for wheel balancing and a wheel alignment “check”. Thought this meant my whees would be running straight but no. Had to pay extra for actual alignment. Slippery, deceitful marketing practices. Poor.

I would like to thank Paul at Kwik Fit branch Bexhill on Sea today for really helping me out. I unfortunately picked up a screw in my off side tyre. I went straight to Kwik fit and Paul looked at my car straight away. Once up on a ramp he also checked my other tyres and found I had also picked up another screw in my front near side tyre. The service that I received today was so thorough and quick, I would highly recommend using Paul and his team if you would like a professional service. Thankyou!

Have just been (initially to Halfords who ignored me for ten minutes then said they couldn’t help me) then to Kwik fit in Shrewsbury who were better than fantastic. Polite, professional, super quick, efficient & keen to help. The entire replacement of a punctured tyre was resolved in perhaps 15 minutes. Fantastic. A huge thank you!

Speedy Mobile tyre fitting service
Ordering my tyres online after a 3am puncture halted my airport transfer, I was able to get a mobile tyre fitter appointment the following day with the tyres I wanted. The process was easy to book and I received emails and text messages to confirm my booking and an appointment window. I also was notified when my technician was on the way. When Alan turned up he was very professional and friendly, replaced my two rear tyres in a nice timely fashion and got my business back on the road again, Alan was a top notch man and I felt the whole process was excellent. I think it was really good value for money compared to other mobile fitters around. 10/10.

I went to Kwik Fit at Shirley on Monday because I had a problem with the inflation of the front tyre on the driver's side. Josh immediately and efficiently sorted out the tyre and checked all the other tyres and reset the warning light.

BROKEN WHEEL NUT KEY
BMW ... took my car in to have a new tyre fitted, when I picked it up, they had sheared the wheel locking nut key. I am now left with 3 locking nut wheels on the car which I cannot take off as I have no key. They said we could contact BMW to get a new locking nut key.. which i dont think is correct after they damaged the key.. why should I have to pay for a new key after they broke it! This is kwik fits fault because they did not seat the key into the locking nut correctly before using the impact gun and top of all that they charged us £9.30 for a bolt which they broke!!!!
