We recently had our new kitchen designed and installed by Kutchenhaus, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the result.

From the very beginning, the planning and design process was excellent, and everything was carefully thought through. Our account manager Iain was fantastic throughout, always attentive and happy to help. He even visited our home on several occasions during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were completely satisfied.

The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, and the after-sales service has been just as impressive. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers, even after the installation is complete.

We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kutchenhaus to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Thank you to the whole team for delivering such a fantastic experience.

From our first visit to Kutchenhaus Henley we knew Tyrone and Michelle were the right people to be working with on our project. Very knowledgeable. Great ideas for a few problematic areas we have. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and Tyrone actually relished a challenge in a very calm manner. I cannot recommend them enough. We absolutely love everything about our new kitchen and would highly recommend Kutchenhaus for their quality of cabinetry and Tyrone and Michelle for their hard work.

Scott Curran at Kutchenhaus has been outstanding throughout the process from initial sketch design to installation. His attention to detail was superb and nothing was unachievable even with fussy customers with a tendency to change their minds! His knowledge of the products available and his experience with hands on installation was invaluable. Any issues in installation have been quickly resolved and the quality of the kitchen units and appliances is fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. We are absolutely delighted with our Kutchenhaus kitchen. Purchased from Kutchenhaus Stockport. From the initial design through to the finished installation, the whole experience has been excellent, and the quality of the kitchen has exceeded our expectations.

The appliances have been fantastic. We chose the Caple self-cleaning ovens, the combination microwave oven, the built-in coffee machine, the wine cooler, and the Caple hot tap, and every one of them has been a great addition to our home. The ovens cook beautifully and the self-cleaning function is a real time-saver. The combination microwave is incredibly versatile, the coffee machine makes excellent coffee every day, the wine cooler is stylish and keeps everything at the perfect temperature, and the hot tap has become something we use constantly – we honestly wouldn’t want to be without it now.

A special mention has to go to Kevin, our kitchen fitter. His workmanship was exceptional, with incredible attention to detail, and he clearly takes great pride in his work. He was reliable, professional, tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to getting every detail just right.

A year on, we can honestly say we are just as thrilled with our kitchen as we were on the day it was finished. It still looks stunning, functions perfectly, and has become the heart of our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen with excellent products and first-class installation. Thank you to everyone involved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We purchased our Kitchen from Rob in the Stockport showroom.
Arrived with some decent design ideas, and Rob just brought the whole kitchen design and fitting to life.
Due to the new build, we had the usual fitting obstacles for them to tackle.
Absolutely zero problem for Rob and the team, nothing too much for them to manage, working closely with us to get the result we desired.
Absolutely delighted with the results!

After being recommended to Brett and the Kutchenhaus team by my cousin who had used them a couple of years previously and having been massively impressed by the quality and the look of his kitchen i decided to get in contact with Brett. I sent him over the architect plans as it was a full renovation with walls being knocked down.I went to the Nottingham showroom where I was shown around the vast products that were on offer. After deciding what I wanted Brett got to designing my kitchen and at his Mansfield showroom he showed me the visuals on screen and walked me through the entire plan. There was then communication between my builders at every step which made life much easier and less stressful on myself and Brett kept in constant contact about delivery times and any adjustments. The kitchen is an absolute dream. Scott who Brett booked for me to install the kitchen was absolutely brilliant and I cant speak highly enough of him also.
Waited 18 years from when I first moved in to get to this i am just glad that I found Brett and Kutchenhaus to make it a reality. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Phil at Kutchenhaus Rainham. He spent a significant amount of time with us, showed incredible patience, and came up with brilliant design ideas for our kitchen layout.
Ultimately, we didn't purchase our kitchen here simply because we were looking for a very specific material and colour combination that wasn't available in their range. However, the customer service and design expertise we received were absolutely top-notch.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, creative, and highly professional kitchen planner, we highly recommend giving them a visit!

Erin at Romsey Kutchenhaus did a fantastic job helping us design our new kitchen/dining room. We are delighted with the quality and the additional storage it provides. The design changes have really opened up the space giving it an airy and light feel.

I recently had a new kitchen with the kutchenhaus Swansea team, they were very welcoming and helpful. A very friendly bunch of people. I was lucky enough to have Ryan as kitchen designer, he is very talented and really looked at what I wanted and needed in a kitchen. Sarwar has been great at ensuring the kitchen was installed to the highest standard. They recommended Luke as a kitchen fitter, who is very good at his job, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was as I wanted it. I am very impressed with the quality of my new kitchen

I would highly recommend this company and the Swansea team.

Received plans for what we hoped would be an ideal kitchen in early 2025. On checking we pointed out safety issues with the kitchen door opening onto the oven doors. Was confidently assured by the franchise manager/designer and fitter that they had a solution to it by fitting restrainers to the kitchen door. Work started April 2025. Restrainers finally fitted December 2025 and have made the situation worse as the doors now spring back. Many other design faults include combination oven at wrong height causing hazard taking hot pans out to the extent that we just do not use it. Response from Kutchenhaus was that it works at that height in his kitchen for him!!!Have had independent surveyor in who immediately commented that the kitchen was ‘not fit for purpose’ and highlighted problems as being ‘unsafe’ ‘hazardous’ etc. Response from Kutchenhaus was that we had signed it off and therefore no contract had been broken, despite us never seeing a contract. Communication was appalling - we would have to chase every time, and wait prolonged periods of time for responses. Promises made were never kept. Yes, eventually we agreed to a slight rearrangement of ovens but after 10 weeks heard nothing about how that was going to materialise. My advice, if still considering this franchise - check, check, and document everything!!! Has caused so much stress so would not even consider having Kutchenhaus back in my house to even attempt a remedy - which will be to start all over again when we can afford it!!! Until then banning all visitors from the kitchen when cooking.

Amazing company, fabulous, quality products and wonderful staff. They knew exactly what we wanted and guided us through the design and also helped with the installation (we employed our own fitter but they were on hand at a moments notice to help out with direction etc). Excellent aftercare and customer service. Second to none. Highly recommend this family business.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Upon entering the showroom the whole Team were polite and professional in showing us kitchens and running us through the procedure. We were kept informed and up to date with everything and nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were excellent and we were made to feel very confident with our decision. The quality of the kitchen is exceptional and we would highly recommend them in future.

​We had a great experience with Kutchenhaus in Bury. Dealing with Sandor and our kitchen designer, Ben, was an absolute pleasure from the get-go. They brought so much expertise to the table and worked closely with us to plan and execute a perfect kitchen/diner layout. The team was incredibly patient with us as we finalized our choices throughout the whole process. We are over the moon with the final result, glad we chose them, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a premium kitchen.

We had a positive experience from start to finish with Kutchenhaus. Harry from the Canterbury store was warm, easy to work with, generous with his time and positive energy. He listened to what we liked/didn't like, was happy to make tweaks to the design based on our feedback and was available when we had questions during the process. We liked being able to go into the show room to see the finishes of the cabinets, work surfaces and breakfast bar, as well as to be able to see various kitchens already built there - so we could see what we liked. Highly skilled kitchen fitter put it all together and we're very happy with the finished result. We'd highly recommend Kutchenhaus for the quality of the product and for their friendly, professional and skilled team of staff.

From our first interaction to our last Alan from the Hythe branch was great. He really listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions that really worked for us.
The product itself is great and our fitter said that it was the best quality he'd ever fitted.
Whilst there was some damaged products delivered (not the fault of the supplier) this was swiftly dealt with and the finished product couldn't be better.

We were lucky enough to have an appointment with Ryan Phillips from the Swansea branch and he has been amazing from the outset. He helped us with great ideas, suggesting things we hadn't considered, and he was really enthusiastic and friendly to deal with. We never felt under pressure and he met with us multiple times to put our minds at ease. He communicated with us throughout the process and helped with all questions we had. We're so pleased with our kitchen which has recently been fitted and can't wait to start using it!
