Throughout the entire process, nothing was ever too much trouble. The team were consistently professional, responsive, and attentive to detail, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Ryan demonstrated a real strength in design, with an excellent eye for detail and proportion. He helped us work closely with our architect to ensure the space was both highly functional and visually refined, making the most of every opportunity within the room. The finished kitchen, utility and family room is exactly what we had hoped for – practical, elegant, and perfectly suited to our needs. We also worked with Egle via email throughout the project, who kept us consistently informed and ensured clear communication at every stage. Her updates were timely and helpful, contributing to a very well-managed process overall. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and the team at Kutchenhaus Swansea to others seeking a high level of service and design expertise.

We recently had our kitchen completed by Kuchenhause Bury, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial design consultation through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, and the workmanship was outstanding throughout.

The whole process was smooth and well-managed, with great communication at every stage. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to a high standard, and the end result has exceeded our expectations.

Kitchenhaus Guildford provide an outstanding service . Anita Ianko expertise in her knowledge of the kitchen , the products is really outstanding . Everything was completed on time and all the products arrived from Germany extremely well packed and intact .Delivering the worktop and installing it was no mean feat with 6 people lifting . I was impressed that all these details had been thought through and it went so smoothly
Anita was on hand to explain things to our builder and even managed to calm a very demanding electrician down
We have now got a completely stunning kitchen and will be submitting photos once the decorating is complete . I loved the unusual colour scheme and Kitchenhaus is a mark above the rest as the kitchen has individuality and is far more unusual creating the wow factor instead of alot of the standard look of alot of kitchens . Every detail down to the magnetic appliance for the cooker plate was explained and demonstrated by Anita . Kitchenhaus Guildford have been very helpful every step of the way and I wouldn't hesititate to recommend them . You are certainly in a safe pair of hands . We recently had a kitchen fitted by this company and are highly pleased with it. Graham the designer helped us with various aspects of the kitchen and guided us with ideas. The fitters led by Mick and Luigi went above and beyond in removing the old kitchen and installing this one. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Mick organised all the other ancillary work (lighting, gas fitters and removal of old kitchen). We were very well looked after, and they all arrived very punctually every day, and kept the area as clean and tidy as possible. We had a few minor issues, but these were rectified quickly without a problem, and to us it said more about the company responding to issues which gave us confidence in the business. We are very happy with the quality of the kitchen, and it gives our house a very nice modern feel. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again, if we ever need to replace it. Great product, great customer support, and great fitters.

He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created a personalised design that perfectly suited our needs, style, and space. His attention to detail and creative ideas made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

The installation was carried out by James, who is a true perfectionist. His workmanship was exceptional, and he took great pride in every aspect of the installation. The attention to detail, precision, and quality of finish were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and he ensured everything was completed to the highest standard.

A special thank you to Patrick for organising the schedule so efficiently and keeping everything running smoothly throughout the project. His coordination helped make the entire renovation process stress-free.

Very disappointed with Kutchenhaus. A serious issue with my Bora hob is causing damp in my kitchen, yet no resolution has been offered.

Even worse, emails – including a formal complaint – have been ignored. Customer service has been extremely poor.

What should have been a great experience has turned into ongoing stress. I’ve now had to escalate to small claims.

Would not recommend based on aftercare alone.

From the first design appointment, Mushtak really listened to what we were looking for — and then pushed us in a slightly different direction that turned out to be exactly right. The finished design is better than what we thought we wanted, which says a lot about his skill and experience.

The fitting team, Richard and Charlie, were excellent throughout. Professional, tidy, and the quality of their work shows in the finished result.

Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. The kitchen looks superb and we'd have no hesitation recommending Kutchenhaus Petersfield to anyone considering a new kitchen.

From consultation to installation – they have been nothing short of amazing. The quality & craftsmanship of the kitchen, worktop & appliances are superb, it's completely transformed our kitchen into a warm and inviting space & made it a joy to spend time in.

From our first consultations with Steve to the final installation by Paul, the Kutchenhaus team in Chichester have provided a first-class experience, matched by their high-quality products. The design process was exciting and easy with Steven providing great insights and advice without ever trying to impose his own ideas. Being able to see and feel all the different products in the showroom helped us make the right choices and know that we were getting the best quality for our money. The installation process was extremely smooth, from the advance guidance on what we needed to do to prepare things to their flexibility around our needs (we had a friend take away our old kitchen units – but Kutchenhaus were always prepared to step in for the removal stage if that plan fell through). The installation was handled by Paul and his small team of experts. Paul was easy to have around the house, communicated extremely well and did everything to an incredibly high standard. Whenever any of the little issues came up that are inevitable in a full new kitchen installation like ours, he explained them fully and provided satisfactory solutions. Similarly, post-installation when a couple of minor issues arose, the Kutchenhaus team were quick to respond and fix the issues. Overall, we are very happy with our new kitchen and can highly recommend the Kutchenhaus experience, both in terms of products and service.

Very disappointing experience.we visited Kutchenhaus Cheltenham branch twice by appointment and spent a significant amount of time working through the design process. The design was completed,and we were told it would be emailed to us.
However,from that point onwards,all communication stopped.despite several emails and phone calls,we received no response whatsoever.our calls were not answered,messages ignored,and we never received the promised design.
We understand that businesses can be busy,but basic communication and courtesy are essential,especially when customers have invested their time and are considering a major purchase.the lack of follow up and complete absence of communication has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Unfortunately,based on our experience we cannot recommend this kitchen company.

I Went to Kutchenhaus about a year ago got a quote to add some cabinets to my existing kitchen (I understood the colours would not match I would spray the cabinets once installation was done)
Installation was in September and what was supposed to be a half day turned into a day as there were several incorrect measurements - the installer luckily was able to make a plan
but still not all the cabinets were install and there is a still a gap in the kitchen where a cabinet should be. I have paid in full already and ahead of installation but here we are 9 months later still not done. Can't spray-paint the kitchen yet still the last one is installed. I have emailed, called, written and only when I can get hold of them its either a problem in germany where the cabinets are made or some other issue that is totally out of their control. But 9 month of excuses is all I've had. The quality of teh cabinets which have been installed is good, sure but the job is just not complete.

I visited Kutchenhaus at the Cardiff showroom where I was impressed with the kitchen furniture and appliances. The staff were very helpful and informative. After the survey I received a design plan and was impressed and knew this was for me. The creation of the new kitchen is amazing and the installation engineers were polite, friendly and professional. I was kept up to date with what was happening the next day and had plenty of opportunity to ask questions, nothing was a problem.

We originally thought kütceonhaus would be out of our price range but were recommended to go and get a quote by a family member. As soon as we stepped into the showroom, the friendly service and attention we received from Pete and Jess was far superior to anywhere else we had gone for a quote. When Pete designed our kitchen we could tell he had really listened to what we were after and even added touches to the design plan that were personalised to us which made us feel like he cared about giving us a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. The quote we received was comparable with competitors and what sold it for us was the service we received and the quality of the kitchens.

Tyrone and his team at Kutchenhaus Henley were brilliant from design through to installation. The kitchen is top quality and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We honestly can’t recommend Kutchenhaus Clitheroe enough! From start to finish, everything just went really smooth and easy. Danni and Danny were great the whole way through, really friendly, easy to deal with, and always kept us updated, we never had to chase.

The kitchen is stunning, it’s everything we wanted and more and the quality of the kitchen and the installation is top notch. Everything turned out even better than we expected. The whole team were fantastic, we used the tradesmen recommended by Kutchenhaus

We are over the moon with the finished result and honestly just wish they did bathrooms too! Big thanks to everyone involved. we would definitely recommend Kutchenhaus Clitheroe to anyone looking for their dream kitchen.
