We would like to say how pleased we are with our kitchen, from start to finish Andy and his team have been spot on in every aspect of the installation. In Glen who installed it they have a very fine gentleman who was meticulous in his approach. Nothing was too much trouble, he was courteous and diligent throughout the process.He worked the entire time he was on our premises and had to be persuaded to have a cup of tea.
The quality of the product is excellent and we look forward to enjoying the extra space and accessibility afforded us by Andy’s planning and recommendations. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company who made the whole installation stress free. Everything was communicated and planned and ran smoothly.

From the very first visit meeting Sandor, we had an excellent experience. As our project was a full kitchen renovation, the process took quite a while, but every single visit was a pleasure. We never once felt rushed or pressured into making decisions or committing to a sale, which made such a difference.

The attention to detail throughout was exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered patiently, and we always felt welcomed and valued.

In our search for a new kitchen we went to many suppliers, Kutchenhaus Epping won us over with the quality of their products and a great design by Irene, which included all the elements and exacting details we wanted.

The whole process from design to completion was smooth and professional, with Irene and Emma checking and managing the install. This included coordination of third party installers such as granite worktops, glass splashback and appliances.

Terry and Dave, the recommended fitters, were outstanding in their skill and attention to detail.

We now have a beautiful kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Epping.

I recently had a beautiful new kitchen designed and fitted by Kutchenhaus Whiteley. Their service has been exceptional and I can’t thank them enough. A new kitchen is a considerable purchase and was quite worried about the whole process. They made everything very simple and clear for me, answering all my queries promptly and in a friendly manner. Keira was a delight to speak to on the telephone and would get straight back to me if I had any questions or concerns during the whole process from surveying, designing, ordering, fitting and signing off my kitchen. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. The quality of my kitchen is first class and the appliances well suited. It was a delightful process from start to finish, Thank you to them all. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen ordered from the Kutchenhaus showroom in Hythe. Alan was very helpful with the design process to ensure all our requirements were met. It took a few visits to get the design exactly as we wanted. There was never any pressure or rush - we really felt that the main aim was to ensure we were 100% happy with the design.

The installation was completed by Simon and Steve, who were very experienced, friendly, helpful and careful. The kitchen was installed in the expected time and to the estimated cost, including new consumer unit and supplies for additional ovens and induction hob. No dramas, issues encountered along the way were discussed and resolved easily.

Kutchenhaus HQ deserves this review because, in our experience, the real problem is not only our local franchise: it is a franchise model in which HQ promotes a major brand yet offers no effective solution when a branch fails its customers.

The sales process was the sole positive. Our local franchise was attentive, persuasive and responsive until we signed. Then the reality became clear. Understand the payment terms carefully: the
10 % deposit is not your only pre-completion payment. Kutchenhaus requires full payment before the kitchen is ordered—well before delivery or installation is complete. In our view, this leaves customers with almost no practical leverage when things go wrong, despite the promises made about quality, warranty and after-sales support.

Our delivery contained incorrectly specified, missing and damaged items. Components arrived in multiple boxes; many doors and panels needed replacing. We were told replacements could take up to six weeks from Germany. That does not reflect the real delay: first the franchise must place and obtain confirmation of the order, then the items must be manufactured and shipped, then delivery must be arranged. We spent weeks chasing for orders to be raised and confirmed, then further weeks chasing deliveries. Some replacements were ordered incorrectly, so we waited only to receive the wrong parts and start the entire cycle again. Around eighteen months after paying thousands in full, our kitchen remains incomplete.

The franchise arranged the fitter, who required a deposit. We did not pay the fitter in full while the kitchen remained unfinished. We were told the fitter was independent, not employed by the franchise. The consequence was that the fitter was caught up in unresolved supply issues while the franchise and HQ did not provide a meaningful route to completion.

This is why the role of HQ matters. Kutchenhaus sells customers the Kutchenhaus and Nobilia names, manufacturer scale, quality assurances, warranty and support. We reasonably expected a recognised brand to step in when the local franchise failed to resolve serious and long-running issues. Instead, after months of contact—including escalation to senior people—HQ merely forwarded our emails to the same franchise we had already been chasing. It did not arrange repairs, replacements or a resolution. We were told the franchise is a separate legal entity and our contract is with it, not HQ.

Calling this “mediation” or “facilitating dialogue” is not meaningful customer support when the franchise has already failed to act for months. In our view, HQ promotes the brand and benefits from customer purchases but avoids practical responsibility when things go wrong. Read its responses to negative reviews: the repeated approach appears to be requesting the branch details, apologising for dissatisfaction and passing the complaint back to the franchise. That's not a solution but avoidance of responsibility.

Before ordering, ensure you fully understand what HQ will actually do if a franchise fails to deliver the product and the experience that was sold to you and get this contractually documented. Consider credit-card or regulated-finance payment (e.g. loans) and obtain independent advice on available protections as these may be the only protections you will have from this company.

Kutchenhaus belongs to The Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman. They are a paying member which means that the Ombudsman is NOT truly independent. Check its process, timescales, remedies and the implications of accepting an outcome before agreeing to anything.

We cannot recommend Kutchenhaus. Do not rely on the brand name or sales promises. Our experience has been repeated errors, delays, constant chasing, an unfinished kitchen after approximately eighteen months, and an HQ operation that offered no effective help and no solutions to any problems.

We purchased a house and needed a new kitchen. By chance, there is a Kutchenhaus showroom right across from our house. After my wife saw their kitchens, we couldn't find another one we liked as much.

Brett created a great design, listened carefully to what we wanted, and made some excellent suggestions. We got exactly what we were looking for: beautiful-coloured cabinets, strong and smooth quartz worktops, practical bi-fold wall units, and well-designed corner storages.

Brett also helped us a lot after the purchase whenever we needed support. It's now been around a year since the installation, and the kitchen still looks fantastic, feels very solid, and has been a pleasure to use.

The delivery was also on time and handled with great care.

We have recently used Kutchenhaus Leeds to design and instal our new kitchen and utility room. Right from the start, Joseph listened to us and what we were looking for. He visited the property early on, and really took on board what we were wanting to achieve. He also gave us loads of good ideas, and his designs were spot on.
He kept us updated throughout, and was always friendly and cheerful.
Similarly, our installer, James, was helpful and professional, as was the electrician Graham. They also gave us helpful advice and tips when we needed them, and nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen is fab - exactly what we wanted. We would definitely recommend the team at Kutchenhaus Leeds!

Kutchenhaus Shrewsbury designed and fitted our beautiful new kitchen and we are thrilled to bits with it. Can't recommend them highly enough for the quality and amazing fitting. Annabel was our designer and she provided everything we requested and more.

Kutchenhaus Reading (Theale) were absolutely brilliant, from first contact, through the design phase and then to the installation of our new kitchen and utility room. We selected Kutchenhaus after visiting their showroom in Theale, and receiving such a wonderful service from the business owner, Dominika. Her knowledge of design, the materials and appliances available, and how to match our needs with the plethora of potential options available was really impressive. Her attention to detail, and her ability to tune into what we were looking for took the stress out of the selection process. Multiple site visits and design tweaks followed, to ensure the end result would exceed our initial expectation. The design visuals provided were of exceptional quality, and really brought the design to life.

When it came to making it happen, all of the tradespeople used were of the highest standard, from the plumber, to the plasterer and the electricians. However, I must call out Chris, who fitted the kitchen and made all of the necessary modifications that occur when fitting a new kitchen into a period property, with very few straight walls or right angles where they should be. Chris was a true craftsman, and a perfectionist, making the end result something that we are absolutely thrilled with. The ongoing service, attention and communication with Dominika and with Chris really helped to keep us informed and engaged at every stage.

Quality often takes a little longer than you might like, but when what you get is excellence, the wait will be well worth it. I have no hesitation in recommending Kutchenhaus Reading (Theale), and the winning team of Dominika and Chris to anyone embarking upon what is one of the most significant improvements any home can have.

Neil was extremely patient and helpful, as our plans changed, when the building work progressed. Him being in the showroom in Frome, made everything very easy.

His design was practical but with some added creative flare and the finished result was perfect.

Kutchenhaus kept us informed at all stages, delivered on time and remedied the minor faults, straightaway without a fuss.

Rob then followed up , during and after the fitting and made sure that we were happy customers.

We wanted a complete makeover of our kitchen with the addition of an island, more storage space and a modern look and feel. Josh from the Orpington branch produced a fabulous design that ticked all our boxes. His patience and suggestions at every step of the process was invaluable. Kate was also very helpful and on-point with communication. Their dedication and customer-service is indeed top-notch.

We used installers recommended by them and Gary and his team were brilliant and very accommodating as well.

They offered their own installer called Ivan who was an incredible fitter who worked remarkably throughout the whole process from start to finish which was crucial for this whole journey. The whole of this procedure was exceptional and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a unique kitchen to use Kutchenhaus. Kutchenhaus Warrington. We're extremely pleased with our quality Kutchenhaus kitchen, all of its features and the whole process from design to implementation. We have a wonderful functional kitchen with some great features: such as the hob with integrated extractor, the tall drawed cupboard and the split cutlery/plate drawer. The fitter and his team of electrician, tiler and plasterer worked extremely well together; they were polite, tidy and never said no. Of course there were a few minor snagging issues which were all resolved in a timely manner to our satisfaction and we never felt neglected. Great service!

We chose Kutchenhaus Milton Keynes because we believed we were paying for a premium product backed by a professional, stress-free design and installation service. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite.

The installation did not even begin as planned, with the fitter failing to attend on the agreed start date. This resulted in us losing a day's annual leave unnecessarily. Although another fitter was arranged, we were unable to be present to oversee the installation.

Since then, the project has been plagued by delays, poor communication and a catalogue of installation issues. These have included incorrectly measured shelving, cabinet doors requiring adjustment, top panels that were not fitted as originally agreed, one of which later fell off and was damaged, unsealed cabinet edges, and an extractor fan that cannot be safely operated by my wife without standing on a stool.

The shelving was particularly disappointing. After it was discovered that the shelves had been measured incorrectly for their intended location, we agreed to have them fitted elsewhere. At no point were we advised that the alternative wall was unsuitable or that additional brackets would be required. The shelves quickly began to sag, forcing us to remove them ourselves before they fell, leaving holes and damage to our wall.

While the company has since acknowledged that a number of these issues require remedial work, this has only happened after months of chasing, numerous emails and repeated broken promises regarding callbacks and site visits. Even now, many months later, the complaint remains unresolved.

The most disappointing aspect has been the customer service. Communication has been poor throughout, promised calls were never made, updates had to be chased repeatedly, and commitments were frequently missed. This has resulted in considerable stress, lost time, additional annual leave and a great deal of frustration during what should have been an exciting home improvement project.

We have always tried to resolve matters directly and amicably, but after several months of ongoing issues we have now had to escalate our complaint to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and notify our credit card provider.

The quality of the kitchen units themselves appears good, but the installation, project management and after-sales service have fallen well below the standard we expected from a premium kitchen retailer. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Kutchenhaus Milton Keynes.

Our experience with Kutchenhaus Stafford has been amazing.
Nathan in the Stafford showroom brought our vision to life. The price was within our budget and the quality of the units , appliances etc is excellent.
Special mention for Ivan, one of their recommended fitters. His workmanship was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The whole project was completed in the time quoted.

Kutchenhaus Petersfield have been amazing. Mush helped us create the perfect design and spent as long as we needed over 2 or 3 sessions to fix every detail. We had a day by day schedule/timeline which was stuck to without a single change. The fitter was professional, tidy and speedy and his attention to detail was incredible. The kitchen was in and usable in a week! It wasn’t stressful at all and it looks fantastic! We could not be happier, I would recommend them highly, go for it, you won’t be disappointed!
