We worked closely with John Grace at Kitchenworld Waterford to finalise the design for our kitchen and we were very pleased with the experience throughout. John was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we wanted and offered practical advice and design ideas that really helped improve the overall layout and flow of the kitchen.

John went above and beyond to make sure all of the details came together exactly as we had hoped. We’re delighted with the final design and would highly recommend John and the team at Kitchenworld Waterford for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service

I cannot recommend Kitchen World and specifically Lorna enough!! She has made the entire process so easy and fun - her attention to detail and fantastic design ideas have created the most stunning kitchen and I could not be happier!! A real gem and I’m delighted!

The Highlight: Sean the Fitter
A huge, special mention must go to our fitter, Sean. He is an exceptional carpenter whose attention to detail and workmanship are second to none. He truly went above and beyond for us throughout the install—he even helped me move our fridge into the house! He is an absolute asset to the company.

Area for Improvement: Pre-Installation Site Visit
While the end result is fantastic, the installation process faced a few days of delays. When Sean arrived, several electrical points didn’t perfectly align with the plans, meaning we had to call our electricians back out for a half-day of rework. Because tradespeople are juggling tight schedules, having them on standby isn't feasible.

I strongly recommend that Kitchen World implements a quick, second site visit a day or two prior to installation. A final check would catch these alignment issues early, saving time for both the clients and the fitters. (Additionally, we only discovered on installation day that our planned spice rack wouldn't fit due to the extractor size, which would have been great to have flagged during the design phase).

We are very happy with the final result, and if you get Sean as your carpenter, you are in brilliant hands!

I recently had the pleasure of going to kitchen world Waterford and was met by John grace , he went through all my options and was very helpful in helping me design my kitchen, he took lots of time making sure I was happy and that I had the best possible flow and design that fitted my needs , i am also impressed with his follow up when kitchen was installed and making sure every little detail was correct, extremely happy with the service to date

John Grace from Kitchen World Waterford was absolutely brilliant taking us through all the steps of choosing our lovely new kitchen. We've had a long 2 year kitchen planning and designing with Michelle in the the Long Mile Road branch and we have to say from start to finish Michelle just got our vision and brought it to life - even pointed out things we didn't know we needed, thanks Michelle ;) Finally the kitchen is in now and to say we're over the moon is an understatement, the finish the quality it is beyond our expectations.

Lorna is fantastic. She designed an accessible, easy to use and attractive kitchen that fully fitted my needs, and made the most of a rather dark and cramped base. It is now bright and airy, and I have lots of storage and everything is easy to reach. Her fitting team is excellent and very hard working, so thanks is due to Andrii and Mantas.

We visited the Newbridge store today & dealt with Hugh. He was very helpful, knowledgeable & gave great advice re design etc. I had emailed Hugh my ideas, measurements & pictures of existing kitchen in advance so when we visited the store Hugh had everything ready on the computer for us to see in front of us. We changed some presses to drawers & changed extractor fan nothing was a problem. The price we were quoted was very competitive. Happy to recommend Hugh to family & friends.

I can't fault anything. From initial consultation with Shirley right through to fitting. Everyone was so helpful and polite. This company is so efficient and all dates were met exactly as planned, delivery and fitting. Highly recommended.

We went kitchen shopping with no idea of what we were looking for and after meeting Ivan Tracey in Kitchen World, Newbridge we came home with plenty of ideas. We booked a consultation that day with Ivan, and he literally guided us through our designs. His years of expertise really shone through, especially with ideas of ours that wouldn't work in our space. He helped us sort through all the little details. We couldn't recommend him enough. His patience and sense of humour really made it all very easy, and you feel like your his only customer. I can't wait to see our finished product.

I have just ordered my kitchen from the Longmile Road outlet and wanted to share my experience. We visited several different kitchen designers but found that Lianne just got what we were asking for with no fuss over a couple of redesigns. Lianne also had lots of great ideas that I would have never have thought of myself, I really felt like I was in the hands of an expert throughout the whole process.

From the minute we walked into kitchen world Galway we had a very positive experience.

We met Shirley in Cork to help us design out our new kitchen, she said as very helpful and thoughtful in her advices and making the kitchen work best for us and our family. The timelines were accurate, kitchen was delivered on the day it was expected to arrived, delivery staff were very friendly. Fitter came the day he was scheduled and was unbelievably quick to install and accurate. We’re really delighted with our new kitchen and Shirleys clever layouts. It’s incredibly practical and bright and spacious and the quality is visible. Thank you Shirley from Brian and Fiona!

After 25 years we decided to revamp our kitchen. We looked at a few places before we arrived at Kitchen World, Bray. Within a few minutes Lorna had me hooked. She was so engaging while being professional and had so much good advice. Within minutes we had a rough plan and over the next couple of weeks our kitchen was designed. Nothing was too much trouble, we made so many visits but Lorna was always patient and welcoming. New kitchen booked and so we waited. First the crew to dismantle the old kitchen arrived and that happened cleanly in 2 hours. New floor fitted and then Kitchen World delivered the cupboards. Andrii and his crew were superb and went above and beyond with all their work with the installation.
Template for worktop done by Granite & Marble Crafts as recommended by Lorna was completed and then Danny and his crew arrived to instal it. It looks absolutely marvellous, we couldn't have asked for more. Finally all the necessary painting and electrics. From start to finish Lorna was available if any minor problem arose. We are so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Lorna and Kitchen World Bray

Lianne from the Long mile road branch was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend her enough! So friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable.

Nothing was too big of an ask for her. We were back and forth on doors, colours, countertops, taps, you name it! She was so patient with us and gave her own opinion and suggestions when we needed it, without making us feel like we didn't have the choice! She was full of amazing ideas and suggestions, all the while, giving us complete autonomy over every decision.

We'd previously had experience with another company (crash and carry) who we felt backed us into a corner with every element of our kitchen design and this was just the total opposite with Lianne.

The value was also amazing - we did our research on pricing, got quotes from 4/5 companies and KitchenWorld came out not only the cheapest, but was the best experience we'd had by a mile.

We had the pleasure of dealing with John Grace for our new kitchen. We changed the design a few times and it was never an issue with John. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything we chose.

We are absolutely delighted with it. Also the fitters Shane and Pamela who were so professional in their work.

Maria was warm and welcome from the beginning of the process, even when we decided to visit the showroom with children! During the initial and second consultations, the planning and the measurement survey she was always friendly, easy to communicate with, professional, conscientious and reliable. The entire team was on hand to answer questions and confirm queries at every step of the process. We look forward to seeing the finished product fitted.
