Kitchen World Reviews 

We are moving from Cork City to Tramore Co Waterford and had firstly visited 3 different kitchen suppliers in Cork City. All were very good but we found a lot of similarities in kitchen styles and very varying prices. On a site visit with our construction company we were advised strongly to visit Kitchen World and one other Waterford supplier.
Kitchen World Waterford were our second to visit and once we met Ashling and showed our design plans we were extremely impressed with the choices available to us. Ashling also made some brilliant suggestions that we hadn’t even thought about but also hadn’t been suggested anywhere else! We left that first consultation very happy and once Ashling sent on an email quote as promised a few hours later we were very happy to have finally met a company and a salesperson that finally seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and was willing to work with us to achieve this.

At this stage as we were still living in Cork City, we made another appointment to travel down. Ashling gave a really detailed presentation and it was great to visualise what our dream kitchen could and would actually look like. At no stage were we pressurised to pay a deposit and were reassured that once we made up our minds a small deposit would lock in the price agreed even though it could be some weeks before detailed measurements could be taken as the build is not complete yet.

We have paid our deposit and are really looking forward to working with Ashling over the coming weeks to achieve our dream kitchen.

We would highly recommend Kitchen World Waterford for the quality choices available to view in store and Ashling who’s customer service, attention to detail and understanding of our particular needs was a major decision in our choice.

I recently had a kitchen fitted by Kitchen World and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

A special mention to Michelle, who designed my kitchen. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, offering great advice and support every step of the way.

I would also like to thank Shane, the kitchen fitter, who was highly professional, skilled, and took great care with the installation.

Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and an excellent-quality kitchen. We would highly recommend Kitchen World to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Horrible experience at kitchen world swords. Had an appointment booked for 10am and weren't seen until 11am at which point they rushed through the consultation (only lasted 5mins) and told us our design wasn't possible and we couldn't afford anything we wanted (have gone to other kitchen suppliers since and have gotten everything we wanted within budget). Would not recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Maria in Kitchen World, Newbridge. Her professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were exceptional from beginning to end. The kitchen was fitted by Chris who was a true perfectionist and an expert craftsman. Could not recommend Maria and Chris higher. Thank you so much for bringing our dream kitchen to life.

I contacted Kitchen World yesterday via the website. Agne phoned me back and we discussed my requirements. I forwarded the extension plans and a few hours later Agne sent me four virtual reality images with a proposed layout. I emailed back with two changes i wished to make. The next day Agne sent updated images which incorporated my changes which I was very happy with. That afternoon I met with Agne at the Galway branch and she showed me the range of layout possibilities; all colours, materials, handles, accessories, and unit types. We were able to finalise the kitchen design all within 24 hours of our initial conversation. This was excellent service and I particularly like the virtual reality pictures of my kitchen.

We worked with lorna kitchen designer at kitchen world Bray to design our kitchen.
I brought a rough drawing and we worked from there .
We had a decent working drawing within 2 hours . 2 meetings later we were ready for survey.
Lorna was full of ideas , very efficient , and knowledgeable. Great to work with .
We paid our deposit today.

Hi I just want to say that the time, service and professionalism I received from Kitchen World in Sandyford was absolutely amazing. Throughout my whole experience, I dealt with one lady Sai Amogha. She was so professional and always had time to answer my queries and emails.

5 stars - Highly recommend John Grace from Kitchen World. From the very start, John has been fantastic to work with. He really listens, understands what you want, and brings great ideas to the table. He has also been very mindful of budget, which has made the whole process feel much less stressful. We have not had the kitchen fitted yet, but so far everything has gone brilliantly and we are off to a great start. I will update this review once the kitchen is fully fitted and finished, but at this stage I would highly recommend John and Kitchen World.

From the moment we went into Kitchen World the level of Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. We dealt with John in Waterford and he was just brilliant at his job. He knew exactly what we wanted and gave some great advice to us. The communication was also always brilliant and we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Our kitchen is exactly what we wanted and more ! Honestly we are just over the moon with everything and will be recommending John and Kitchen World to anyone who will listen!

Patricia was so friendly, nice, efficent and helpfull. Unfortunately Kitchen World did not have what we wanted but wanted to give 10 out of 10 for customer service. Would recomend anyone to call into them.
