I stop using Kingsize 2 years ago…

I stop using Kingsize 2 years ago because they continuously screwed up my orders. I decided to give them another chance and order a pair dress pants. First order in 2 years and they sent the wrong length pants as if they don’t even care. This company is incompetent. Now I order online from a company called DXL and they’ve gotten every order correct and they’re must faster delivery. Kingsize is a terrible online company.

I ordered a pajama set

I ordered a pajama set. It arrived, it was fair quality but I noticed there were 2 or 3 places where the stiching was completely missing. This resulted in holes. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to mail it back at my expense. I explained the garments arrived with holes. They were less bothered. I will never buy from them again.

Rip off company terrible service…

This King Size men's Clothing on the internet is a terrible company, I waited 30 days for my delivery I paid postage. It was mailed to the wrong address by King Size and damaged when I finally received it. When I called customer service they were rude and unprofessional don't do business with this predator company. Stay away from King size like the plague...

I ordered a summer wardrobe for my son.son…

I ordered a summer wardrobe for my son who is a big guy. We ordered t shirts, button downs, shorts and bathing suits. I was happy with the material and quality for the most part, the only issue I experienced was with the longer length t shirts. They were extremely long and when they were out of stock of one particular item they threw in a random T-shirt to replace it only it was 5x bigger than my son's size. The prices are definitely inflated for the quality of clothes and the least they could have done was make sure the random replacement was the correct size. I would only order from them again if it was a major sale.

I would give 0 stars . I got the credit card and I can't use it I have the credit but no one in customer service can explain why it won't work they jus keep sending me a new card that doesn't work. The shipping is insane seriously 2 weeks for delivery. The clothes to expensive for the quality you get I paid 85.00 for jacket that looks like it came from the dollar store . Stay away from this place seriously a scam.

STAY AWAY...GO TO AMAZON OR EBAY!!!…

If I could I would have left a NEGATIVE star for AWFUL customer service!! NEVER rec'd an email confirmation for purchase or delivery...sent defective shorts.(I purchased the same exact pants last year in a different shade but these were very odd and cut strange)..would only offer store credit or return but only wanted to give me a small portion of the cost!!!! NEVER explained the refund process....never told me I was only getting $8 back!!! NEVER AGAIN

Overpriced for mediocre product and bad customer service

I have ordered from king size for probably 5 years at least. Most items seem to be overpriced for the quality of the item that you receive. I mean come on $42.99 for a plain T-shirt and then add on the exorbitant shipping... it is ridiculous! And once again the only reason I was buying this plain T-shirt was because they sent me a coupon that DIDN'T WORK by the way during the checkout process. I'm guessing that only one in 10 coupons sent to me actually works. The latest kick in the butt was my August 20th order which was delayed till sometime in September and now delayed until October 9th. So I now have four t-shirts out there somewhere to receive in October if they don't become delayed again. This is nothing unusual for king size. And they send out coupon codes like as if they're actually giving you something the latest laughable coupon was this morning when my t-shirts were delayed once again and it said sorry for the delay here is a 25% coupon on us. So when you scroll to the bottom it says 25% off on your HIGHEST priced item!!! So they are expecting you to buy at least two more items to get 25% off of one because they are so sorry that your order is delayed once again! This is insulting! And I can't even count the times I have used these special codes only to find out that they are not working. I have called customer service and told them my code wasn't working and was told that my code expired and I pointed out clearly it had not expired because it was not past the date and she insisted that yes sorry it was expired! I have ordered T-shirts that were delayed for so long that I forgot I ordered that color and reordered and got my new order and then weeks later got the original one! Honestly I don't know how these people stay in business. I am actively looking for somewhere that sells big and tall in my grandson's size with quality clothing and quality customer service because I have had enough.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I ordered 3 shirts, but received 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. Even though they admitted that it was their mistake, they insisted that I pay for the shirt a second time and send the shorts back to receive a refund. I told them that I was not going to pay a second time for a shirt that I haven't received. That would be stupid. The supervisor said that is their policy. I will never buy from them again what a scam.

Ordered from this company on the 22 of Aug. Website said they had the shoes I wanted to order. They held my money sent me a web confirmation # saying my order was being processed. So I went back on the site to view the shoes again. And to my surprise they were no longer available. Thinking I must have gotten the last pair, I said well good thing I got my order in . But for some reason my invoice changed right before my eyes. Now stating that it was out of stock. But yet the top of the page still said processing order . So I immediately called and customer service said her end was showing that the shoes were also there so I told her that my email changed and she had me hold came back and said they no longer had any. and no back stock she doesn't know why it said they were in but all she could do was to cancel and give me back my money. asked how long would it take my money to get back on my card. 72 hrs for something that was still pending. That turned into 12 days, and 3 phone calls to the bank. Will never order from this place again. And in my opinion online customer service stinks and are of no use at all .

Not true to size.

Ordered 3 t shirts, saw online that some of their stuff runs small so I ordered a size bigger and it is still smaller than what unusually wear. I am returning and that process is fairly simple ALTHOUGH you will be paying a “processing fee” if you want your money back instead of a gift card and I had to pay for shipping again, even though dropping off at a preferred drop location to return something that King size lied about , the sizing.
If you like your stuff to fit right this is the place for you. It’s not qorth the few dollars saved.

I like big and tall because InAm Big and Tall! Well I’m concerned I ordered 2pairs of fleece Lined Sweat pants open cuffs in July 2024 I first was told August21 delivery Then a week ago I get email says September?Ibthink Those reps should tell you when you give #code that this item is back ordered? They didn’t tell me till I ordered it w my debit card- I’m waiting for 2 pair of pants- I need pants by winter because I had a fire in my apt and my winter cloths were destroyed- I have only a winter coat& Jacket& hoodie but no winter pants and because I’m big& Tall I can’t get these pants anywhere& I need to order 2 more heavy fleece line pants or sweat pants whichever they have- I told girl rep I want the fall/ winter catalog also so I can order the two extra pants she said ok I haven’t received it yet! But I’m planning to order 2more pants but I can’t have them back ordered I need them before October- I hope They will tell you when you give code that it’s back ordered that way you can maybe go to another color to get them sooner! 2 months is a long time to wait for 2 pants ordered in July!

Defective Shirt

I bought a polo shirt, wore it once, washed it once, and a seam came apart. These fools won’t do an exchange because it’s been washed. Absolutely no integrity! This is a simple issue for most retailers, but since KingSize is a scam, I get screwed with a $50 shirt that I only got to wear once.

I wish I would have read all the reviews below before purchasing. I give this company zero stars. I ordered a 3XLT blue champion t shirt, and what I received in the mail was a 7XL sweatshirt. When you call customer service
They only offered to start a return process to where I return the item and they give me a gift card. This place is a total scam. Absolutely, Do not purchase any item from this site.If you do not want to lose money.

Involuntary recurring charge signup

I ordered one shirt and they signed me up for some recurring charge, that I luckily saw on my bank statement. I did not agree to this charge, even my receipt says nothing about it. I was able to call and they say they will refund me. Absolute scam.

$70 order and they sent the totally…

$70 order and they sent the totally wrong item. Returned it, only got a $40 credit. Called 3 time said they couldn’t refund the shipping and the $7 hemming charge. Finally after 3 emails, they refunded the full amount but it was like pulling teeth. Use LL Bean they have XX Large pants and 34 inseams for big and tall guys. Didn’t like my first order, immediately got a return shipping label online and they refunded the whole amount.

Horrible customer service and still haven't received items

Its all a SCAM at this point.
Husband is on the large size we we tried ordering him some polo work shirts from here.
Its been six months and multiple calls to customer service.
Items were delayed and we got no confirmation the only way we found this out was that we went to look up the order. Well now the order is no longer showing up on his account!
When we contacted customer service and they gave us a tracking number that hadn't updated and only said in transit. That was 2 months ago. Still nothing and the number no longer works.
Tried calling customer service again but couldn't get ahold of anyone. Ill try calling again but I'm stick of all this. 6 months for 2 shirts that are who knows where that have already been paid for and calling to talk to anyone is pain if you can get anyone to work with you at all.
Wont be ordering from this site ever again. Save yourself the time and effort and stay away.
