Disastrous delivery
The experience on the website for ordering was absolutely fine. The delivery by Planzer went really wrong. I've received an email from Planzer saying the box is delivered at my address but it was not. The box was delivered to another building than mine in the street. After investigation I found the box, my name was not on the sticker, my address was not on the sticker. I needed to open it to check it's the right one.

je n'ai pas reçu mon colis
je n'ai pas reçu mon colis. J'ai reçu le mauvais colis et j'ai envoyé plusieurs messages et e-mails et personne ne m'a répondu.
I picked up a huge package and opened it to find a big car which I have not ordered. My order which I need for a birthday hasn’t arrived, and no one is getting back to me.
