good items and prices, bad wrapping and transport
good merch, good price, but the box was way to big and there was no filling material to prevent the items from moving violently in the box or to prevent the box from caving in during transport... the cardboard box arrived crushed, the transporter didn't ring and left the box outside in the rain (a friendly neighbor passing by put it inside for me). Fortunately, no damage on my Xmas presents, but a not-so-pleasant experience with packaging and transport

Shipping package is low quality
Packaging is very bad. The package was halfly opened when i catched it. The games were not protected well. Boxes of the games are damaged. I have not opened and tried the games as it is Christmas present.

Bad experience
I bought an advent calendar, and most of the cases were slightly opened.
I advertised the client support that I won't buy anything anymore on their website, and I received no answer from them.
