Mixed experience
I’ve purchased 4 times from kiddies kingdom and all went well except one purchase that was faulty, which I only found out after opening the stroller and using it once , did reach out to them but the back and forth with them constantly asking for new things when I provided what they asked for just put me off and I stopped replying . I counted my loss and ended up buying another stroller from them again. Overall they are quite good with quick delivery, return is however a hassle and they may find every reason not to accept it

Really disappointed with my first…
Really disappointed with my first experience ordering from Kiddies Kingdom.
I paid extra for next day delivery, but my order arrived late. While delays can happen, what has been far more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service afterwards.
I’ve sent several emails requesting a refund of the express delivery charge, as the service I paid for wasn’t provided, but I’ve had no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly disappointing to be ignored when trying to resolve a straightforward issue.
What makes it even more frustrating is seeing the company actively posting on Instagram while seemingly having no time to respond to existing customers.
It’s a real shame because I had high hopes, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t have confidence in ordering from them again.
RESPONSE TO TRUST PILOT (03/08/26)
Thank you for your response, but I must disagree with several points.
Firstly, I did not request a refund of the additional £1 premium for the express service. I requested a refund of the full original delivery charge, as the next-day delivery service I paid for was not provided. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers are entitled to a refund of the standard delivery cost in the appropriate circumstances, and I have asked that you deal with my request in line with consumer law and Trading Standards guidance.
Secondly, I find it difficult to accept the statement that you have been unable to locate my emails. Multiple emails were sent regarding this matter, yet none received any response. It is disappointing that the first communication I have received has come only after leaving a negative review, which gives the impression that customer concerns are only addressed when they have the potential to affect your Trustpilot rating.
While I appreciate that the delay itself was caused by DPD, my contract for delivery was with Kiddies Kingdom, not the courier. It remains your responsibility to resolve issues relating to the service purchased.
I would appreciate it if you would now explain why none of my emails were responded to and confirm that you will refund the full delivery charge rather than just the additional £1. are aware of how this complaint has been Thank you for your response, but I must disagree with several points.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when an express delivery service does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

We have now processed a refund of the additional £1 express delivery charge, and this should be returned to you shortly, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
