In the end
In the end, I had to buy three pairs of Kickers, just to receive a pair that wasn’t covered in scratches. The pair I kept has a couple, but financially I can’t keep buying shoes until I’m satisfied as I’m due over £200 in refunds

Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use, plus, I got a new customer discount when I signed up. I’ve found that kickers shoes are the best for school.

Great quality footwear but the laces can be a hit or miss …
I love Kickers … they’re great quality and last for years and they look great too but the laces aren’t the same quality as they used to be unless I just got a bad pair
I have 4 pairs and one of them (kickers Hi boot) had damaged laces so I emailed asking for replacement and was told it wasn’t possible to send me a replacement and that I had to buy them …., whilst I thought this was quite rude as I’d spent over £200, I did try to buy them and every single time I’ve tried they’ve been out of stock so I still have broken laces in one of my pairs of boots….
So yeah …. Love the products but don’t love the customer service.

Quality of shoes
Quality of shoes, dispatch time and user friendly website as well as choice of courier .. top tier! Shoes came within two days. My son had used this same shoes every year for school and I swear by it especially if you have little boys who drag their feet .. they shoes are solid not a single scratch or wear is visible after 1 academic year so decided to buy it again for back to school sept
