I ordered items and their courier lost them twice. Although Kickers were amazing at handling it, I ended up not getting my original order. Something needs to be done with your choice in courier.

Ordered some shoes, quick delivery but that was about all I can say that was good!
Email saying refund issued 3rd June.
Still NOT received my refund !!
18 working days later 3 attempt with customer service and still no contact from the Finance Dept.
Would not recommend at all.
I have now had to log a complaint with Trading Standards.
Appalling customer service.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter who has wide set feet. The shoes came super fast .She has tried so hard to find the right size, fitting and style for her age . She loves her shoes the quality so far has been amazing.

Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately, the post-sale customer service was extremely disappointing. The shoes were worn only for school over approximately 1.5 years, yet they developed significant quality issues, including holes in the soles. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the process was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. While the issue was eventually resolved, the level of customer service fell well below expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them due to their poor handling of genuine after-sales quality concerns

Excellent returns process
Had to return a pair of shoes due to buying the wrong size, return was handled brilliantly and the payment was duly made within a couple of days. New pair arrived within days too.

They cancel my order before with the same shoes , while I ask may I put onto the waiting list for the shoes as my daughter like it so much . They refused to do it and said it won’t be restock in short period,I can check by myself if I want . However after one week I find actually they have last one online

This is the second pair I have ordered…
This is the second pair I have ordered in 6 months, love my first pair. Ordered the second pair, same size just a different colour, they arrived and were wrongly sized, they were huge about two sizes larger but had the right size inside and on the box. I have returned them but just wanted an exchange but that is where the problem started, apparently they don’t do exchanges, 6 emails on and 2 phone calls 🙄 I have been trying asked for umpteen pictures and even asked to put a tape measure on the sole and take a picture of that as if I was lying, all I wanted was a pair of boots the right size so I could wear them.
Very disappointed in the customer service for an error in the making of a product.
