I work for a Chamber of Commerce for a small town. I was tasked with decorating an empty retail space for Visits with Santa. As a non-profit, we had a tight budget. Kate was the answer to creating a cozy, festive, vibrant space full of photo ops and special moments with the Man himself.

Is this a joke?? It’s so bad!
When I received the backdrop ordered (a dilapidated brick backdrop) it looked like an extremely over exposed photo. You can’t even tell what it is when it’s hung up. Extremely disappointed and won’t order again.

We bought it together with the tripods. Setting it up is simple and quick. The material of the backdrop is very good, it can be washed and ironed.

Kate Backdrop Never Disappoints
This is the second year I’ve purchased a backdrop from Kate Backdrop. The material
is quality and the vibrant colors displayed online were even better once received. My clients loved the final images of their holiday photos and a large part was due to the backdrop used. Some of their family members did not want to believe it was a backdrop! Superb work!

Great prices and customer service went above and beyond
Ordered for first time for my daughter. Hit couple great sales and then another discount for first time customer. Paid extra for speedy shipping. Ups delivered it to wrong address and pic was shown was wrong house. Couldn't locate and ups was dragging their feet. Miss Candy from Kate Backdrop store send out new order with fed ex and arrived safely.

Backdrop were too small
Backdrop were too small, tried returning them but was only given the opportunity to get a partial refund which may sound good, but unfortunately the backgrounds can’t be used.

I was honestly skeptical, but I'm so glad I ordered! The quality was amazing!! There were a few wrinkles, but I threw it in the dryer on low heat for 10 minutes and it was fine. Everyone loved the backdrop! It photographed well and stayed realistic looking. I was worried about it shipping from overseas, but shopping was faster than expected! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
