it was super quick though I have to say…

it was super quick though I have to say it would be awesome if you guys could give extra recommendations talking about proportions cause I ordered my background and when I used it It was kinda bigger than people in it but i a weird way

Beyond Happy

I had a vision of a white-on-white set for our Santa party and when I set up the backdrop that I purchased it was EXACTLY what I envisioned. I was and am beyond happy and the amount of compliments on our photo was outstanding.

Full of Color

Full of Color! Great material I was so pleased by this back drop I ordered the two sides and floor, I got so many compliments and the photos turned out so good!! I am definitely buying more for up coming sessions, this was so great at the markets I went to and set this up as a booth.

Kate Backdrops made fourteen families…

Kate Backdrops made fourteen families VERY HAPPY this Christmas. My husband and I purchased four Christmas-themed backdrops and invited friends and family to come get their "Christmas Card" photo done in our home. You see, I had open heart surgery six months ago and this was our "thank you" to everyone who helped us during my recovery with meals, get well cards, visits, emails, phone calls, flowers, and texts. It was a wonderful way of showing our deepest gratitude to them for their support & love. (I'd love to show you some of the fun photos.)

Worth every penny!

I received my backdrop from Kate's Backdrops it was packed nicely. It did not take as long as the date was given. I was so amazed on how realistic it looked. It is beautiful. I haven't used it yet, it is for pictures for our Christmas Eve party. I did set it up too see how it would look, I love it. I am not a photographer. I just wanted something nice to take pictures with my family and friends. I will be purchasing more in the future for other events. I have purchased other backdrops from other websites for parties but nothing as nice as this one. Quality of the material is great too.

The color was incorrect, the dimensions were off and customer support hasn't been helpful so far.

Still have not received my backdrop

Still have not received my backdrop. Was just told it’s stuck with Canada post with the ongoing strike. However no other options or solutions were mentioned. Have a photoshoot coming soon with no backdrop as of yet.

Positive Experience, Photographs well

I took advantage of their anniversary sale to try Kate Backdrops for the first time. They had many amazing deals and used 3 of the purchases in my holiday sessions this year, all clients loved the backdrops. They photograph well, and hold up well in the wash (I washed the snow backdrops about 5 times this season and it still looks good). I'm about to purchase a custom sweep backdrop and can't wait.

False Advertising Products

I have ordered from this company before with no issue.
But this time i ordered a backdrop for an important event - the backdrop was delivered and did not look anything like the photo of the backdrop on the website. NOTHING like it. I cannot believe they sent out the backdrop knowing what it looked like
