Terrible website
Terrible website. They have opened an account without my permission and taken money from me. I know I have not set this payment up as I have not received a product and the information is linked to my old address. Their customer service is so poor it keeps asking me for information about the transaction which I don’t have as I didn’t make it. Therefore they’re not refunding me. Absolutely disgraceful fraudulent behaviour. I’m also UK based so not sure why the account is opened on the German version of the website!

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Du so schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hast und unseren Shop als „schrecklich“ bezeichnest. 😔
Wir geben uns große Mühe, die VIP Mitgliedschaft so verständlich wie möglich darzustellen. Da wir unseren VIP Mitgliedern monatlich neue Kollektionen und spezielle Angebote anbieten, verpflichten sich diese, die Webseite ab dem 1. bis zum 5. zu besuchen und entweder etwas aus der neuen Kollektion zu shoppen oder die Mitgliedschaft zu pausieren. Erst im Falle, dass keines von beiden erfolgt, kommt es zu der Abbuchung. Du musst also keinen Einkauf tätigen, wenn Dir die Kollektion nicht gefällt, reicht es einfach zu pausieren.
Solltest Du doch einen Credit auf Deinem Kundenkonto haben, kann er jederzeit zu den VIP Bedingungen eingelöst werden. Schade, dass Dir unser Programm nicht gefällt.

The quality is really bad for these fake ass prices, the website is not the best for shopping, looks a bit halfhearted in my opinion. Cashing in 40€ monthly is a weird concept and I really want to leave.

Only if you don't do that or make a purchase in this period of time a £44.95 will be transferred to your JustFab profile which can be used in your future shopping. A VIP credit can be used for purchase of one item of your choice and it has no expiration date. Unfortunately some sales and promotions cannot be combined with the credits, while others can. Please always read the promotional terms. Credits can usually not be combined with extreme sales, but the prices are therefore unbeatable.
In order to make it easier for customers to shop with credits, they should be viewed as units worth 39.95€ and they cannot be broken apart. We are really sorry that this didn't appeal to you.
