Fair enough for Nebulus to give a reminder ahead to the customer during busy time that delivery service will takes extra time.

From 7 items i ordered, i love 5 of them, for their quality. While the other 2 items are just so so. This personal opinion based on comparison of materials, crafting quality, and price. Nebulus still deserve 5 stars rating.(i got a free v neck long sleeves shirt. Thanks Nebulus)

I bought one jacket, and the size didn’t corresponded with the size chat, was really big, and I had to send it back. What a surprise, after that, the are charging me 12,48€! What for? Even if I should pay the DHL fee, wouldn’t be it. Well, bad seller

The jacket was delivered very quickly and the quality is excellent. The materials feel premium and the craftsmanship is impressive. Very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Fast delivery. Intrigued by the website, I bought a jacket and sweatshirt. Unfortunately, the material is poor, but it's adequate for the price. The design of the clothing is different from what you see in the photos on the website and isn't appropriate for an "Italian"! But the problem is the size. I ordered a M, and it's much larger than other high-quality Italian brands I usually buy. Shouldn't sizes be as standard as possible?

How on Earth a 100%plastic product be verified as German Certified Good wear? I am amazed that people have rated 4 and 5 stars to plastic clothes.Which clearly says they never knew about woolen, cotton, or linen clothes.

I ordered different items and I loved all of them didn’t even had to send anything back because the sizes are like described.
There was only 1 point I got 1 item in the wrong size but I sended a e mail and I got straight away an answer back and Nebulus took care of it.The shipping time to Spain was a bit long but other wise my experience with Nebulus is very good and i have already some new items in my basket to order.

Not worth the hassle!

I have bought three times in the last five months. Everything I have gotten has been excellent quality and an excellent value. I really love my boots, blankets, sweatshirts, and jackets.

Nice clothes but they look better on the website. In real the quality is a bit disappointing (thin fabrics). I ordered 3 items, the Canadian Jacket was much to big, I had to sent it back, it took 12 days to get my money back and I had to email them to get the payment back. The after service is bad or not well automated. Receiving and sending back purchases are both very slow (company is in Germany).

I really like the fleece pull over. I’ve got exactly the which size I ordered. It’s been delivered in 10 days to Prague. Nice quality. Recommended.

After several positive experiences with the company, this time a problem. The package was sent to the wrong address - so it was returned to the company. They refused to send it to the correct address. After 12 days and 7 emails I have not purchased the goods or a refund. Terrible correspondence, the service does not answer questions, completely ignores the problem it caused.
