I would like to say a huge thank you and praise to the whole team. I have never come across such amazing and genuine customer service. My wife and I were selling our house and had so many obstacles come up that seemed impossible and never ending but none of it was an issue or inconvenience to them. They always picked up the phone, I was never was left me waiting. Even in the most stressful situations they always reassured us and were happy to help and never felt dismissive. Such an amazing team, who work together and were always on our side supporting us with any issues. Highly recommend!

Royal Mail was late with the delivery, but it arrived after a few days, and as usual the records were in perfect condition.
I wrote a misplaced bad review due to the lateness of the delivery, Juno customer service got in touch to check that all was OK now (it is). Am now editing that review.
Juno still top when it comes to online vinyl purchasing.
