Take your time
It took a while for me to figure out how to use the site to get the result I wanted but it was well worth it. My photobook is stunning! The quality of the book itself is brilliant and the colour and clarity of the photos are really beautiful. Customer service were very responsive and helpful too. I will always use Journi for my future projects.

The process worked well but your website offered a discount for first time order 20%. I never recieved a code or the discount. I reached out to customer service and I have not heard back from them.

User friendly
It was pretty easy to arrange my book. I liked how the photos were arranged by date. That way I knew where they were from and could label them. I also liked how easy it was to move the pictures around.One suggestion- if the top and bottom margins on the dates could be smaller, it could sit with the page labels easier.

Journii photo books
I was previously using another photo book company but they were becoming very expensive. I stumbled across Journii by accident and decided to order a photo book from them. After getting used to their process, which didn't take long (I'm not great at computer stuff!), I managed my first book! I've since done 2 more. The quality is fantastic and the ability to individualise each page is great. I will certainly be doing more books and highly recommend them to anyone wanting beautiful memories.

Easy to use
Mostly easy to use. I liked being able to add a map to a travel book. I wish it were easier to move the photos around. Sometimes the layout didn’t have what I was looking for. But for the most part, it’s much easier and less time consuming than it used to be on other platforms. A little pricey too but the 30% off helped. I had to buy a calendar I didn’t want to avoid shipping charges.

Great product and customer service
Our book came out great! It’s pretty easy to use, although I do wish they’d let you customize it a bit more, but nonetheless we love it! Also I had an issue with a promo code and contacted Customer Service and they were awesome! Great customer service!

My Trip Photo Journal
I love the fact that when I uploaded my pictures all were placed in a book. It made editing so much easier than picking out each picture and placing it myself. I was able to edit my pictures and see different layout options as well as add text.The app is user friendly and the quality of the end product is very good. My photos look terrific. I think I would have liked a lay flat option, but did not see it offered.
