I would like to say a big thank you for my first Journi book! It was delivered a whole week earlier than expected, which was such a lovely surprise.
The entire process was so easy.All I had to do was select my photos, and everything else was done for me, including organizing dates and creating a beautiful, coherent story throughout the book. The photos were perfectly arranged according to the different moments and circumstances of life. Everything was put together and flowed perfectly from page to page.
Now as I look through my book, I already know that this is just a beginning of many more projects. I can see all my precious memories being organized and beautifully preserved in Journi books.
My first experience has also helped me become more thoughtful when selecting photos. I now pay more attention to photo quality, improve pictures using my phone and focus more on details by cropping photos before saving them.
Thank you Journi I absolutely love my first book.

Photo book of my trip.
The photo book which I purchased arrived quickly. I’m not happy with the photos that were chosen for the front of the book. If there was a place in the process to choose these myself I did not find it. The layout of the photos is fine but I’m disappointed that there is only one tiny MAP included in the whole book. This was part of the advertisement that they included maps, which I thought was a great idea. While overall I’m pleased with the book which holds all the memories of our trip, I thought the price was higher than other companies I’ve used for similar books. The maps was what caught my eye in the ad but didn’t materialize,

I paid a surcharge for express delivery because the date was important. Don't do that, it's not a guarantee, just a waste of money. Deliveries are made with significant delays.

Amazing photo book super happy!
We just received our holiday photo book and we are impressed!!! The quality of the book itself is better than we expected. The book and printing quality very good and the colour management of the photos is amazing!! Would definitely recommend Journi Print. A simple to use app with helpful templates and size options. Good first impression of this AI book maker!
I love that the book has the pictures dated and in order. The cover is great. I do think that the pictures with people in them should be larger than landscape photos.

My order appears to be lost in transit somewhere. I have been requesting follow ups and having tickets created for over 2 weeks. Minimal help and response. Now the books I ordered as gifts will not arrive in time for our family event. I will be going back to my credit card company to file a complaint and report it as a fraudulent charge.
