Ive nothing but good to report. Bought a salt and pepper mill a while back- the top fell off from time to time. I sent an email to raise the issue. Within 24 hours, a replacement was despatched to me. That’s why I buy Joseph Joseph - they stand over their products.

Having used Joseph Joseph products over the years and loved their designs and usefulness. I was upset that the handle had sheared off my totem bin. Not sure if the new design lid in spare parts would fit my bin I rang to check and spoke to Cindy in Customer Services who was very helpful. After emailing details and photos of my old bin unfortunately the new one was incompatible with my bin. The good news was they would send me a replacement bin. I was not expecting this at all and was delighted at this outcome. Thank you to Cindy and Mariela for help with this you/they are great ambassadors of a great brand. I'm happy to be the owner of a new totem bin!

I cannot comment on the product quality but delivery service and actions to resolve the issue are only worth 1 star.
DX (UK carrier) notifies you by text of the delivery day. No live tracking data available. Waited in day 1 looked at the text link again to find delivery rescheduled for the Nextday day2. No notification. Waited in day2 no sign by lunchtime so contact Joseph Joseph - “Sorry but it has been rescheduled at your request for the Nextday (day3) again going back onto the text link and sure enough rescheduled again. Cannot communicate with DX. JJ customer service advised if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow we will look into it! Shocking - expecting us to wait in for 3 days and hope.
Update. Following the publication of this review I was contacted by Joseph Joseph with an immediate resolution and the goods arrived special delivery. Why does it take reviews for Companies to react correctly? Thank goodness for Trustpilot. The original goods still haven't arrived - avoid DX

I ordered a bbq set which did not turn up. I contacted Joy from Joseph Joseph, and she sent me another one out straight away. She also kept in touch all the way though the process making sure I received it.

I enquired if a replacement part was available and received a comprehensive guide together with a link for the part from customer service representative called George.
I replied saying I found the postage rather outrageous for such a small and lightweight part and considered the matter closed.
George then looked further into my enquiry, traced the original purchase and found out I was still within warranty so got back in touch and dispatched a replacement free of charge!
Now that is customer service of the highest quality; not being asked, just doing it right for the customer.

I have a number of Joseph Joseph items but sadly my spray mop handle snapped after a year. I contacted customer services and the same day they responded with an apology and sent a replacement.

I had a problem with the courier, customer service took a while but sorted out a refund. Great products matched by the customer services.

The spring mechanism for the lid of our Totem bin had broken. I contacted customer services via their webform and received a response only 4 hours later that same day. I followed the instructions and provided my proof of purchase and because the item is still in warranty they have immediately processed a replacement. With no further action required on my side. Annalise was so helpful, the perfect customer experience today. Thank you

Great company. Beautifully designed products. A little more expensive than the competition but you get what you pay for - including fabulous customer service. I get more compliments from friends on my Totem waste separation and recycle unit than anything else in my house! When it developed a small fault with a hinge after 18 months, I contacted them and Kokila could not have been more helpful. Sent us a replacement lid straight away - no quibble - just a great, friendly, efficient service. Delighted

Good product that worked well in a small space. There was a delay in delivery but I contacted Kokila at Joseph Joseph who answered the phone quickly and sorted it out and emailed updates . Full marks for customer service.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Bought four smart looking loo brushes at great expense from a 3rd party retailer. They don’t clean the toilet that well, but I can live with that… the main issue is that the stainless steel shafts started to rust in a matter of weeks. When I brought this to their attention I got a dismissive response which suggested that we must be using the wrong toilet cleaner or bleach. I explained that because we have an independent waste water system we don’t use any bleaches or harsh acidic detergents (and besides loo brushes ought to be able to cope with such chemicals). The next response was that this was the responsibility of the retailer, and it’s not covered under their warranty, but because these were mail ordered and had already been used, returning was not an option. The retailer said it was a product issue and to raise with the original producer directly. Joseph Joseph didn’t respond to my next email, presumably because they are aware that the quality is substandard and the brushes are not fit for purpose.

My query was answered promptly and was very helpful. I use numerous Joseph Joseph products in my home and caravan and I find them very practical and good quality.

I have ordered a glide max ironing board and it came broken during the transit and I called the customer services team and sent them the photos by email, within 10 minutes they have sent a replacement for the ironing board with fast delivery too.

Ironing board looks sturdy, stylish and easy to fold too.

Item was dispatched quickly but was unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to customer service and shared photos of the damage and Mariela was very helpful, sending me a replacement item immediately. Really friendly and efficient customer service. Thank you.

I've been a customer on and off with Joseph Joseph - I like their design style and how it all works - smart!
What is also good is - They back their products up, some with a 10yr warranty and keep to it !
That states confidence in your product and this also means they make quality, well made, functional, reliable goods !
