Had a small issue with my product however it was very quickly resolved. Thank you to ‘Joy’ at customer services who handled my issue with understanding and efficiently.

I made a purchase but forgot to change the delivery address. I immediately emailed customer service, and they not only responded very quickly but also made sure my order arrived at my current address!

I like the design of JJ. I used to buy in Galerie Lafayette. Lately I didn’t find. I ordered already by mail and it arrived quick and well. This time I had a problem with ordering and Mr Kokila helped me. Thanks.

I mistakenly made my order twice and I requested they cancel one. it was explained to me that once an order was in the system, it was hard to stop. But Annalise at Joseph Joseph managed to catch the order, cancel It and get me a refund. Thank you!

Bought a ironing board 7 months ago and unfortunately the leg collapsed spoke to Ruth regarding this at customer service and was amazed by the excellent customer service that was given,the issue was resolved within 2 days and I have been sent out a replacement would definitely recommend products from Joseph Joseph amazing quality and customer service once again thank you Ruth

My parcel after four weeks had not arrived and within 24hours of contacting Joseph Joseph Ruth had sent me a replacement parcel. They were so helpful and of course their products are of such a high quality.

Joseph Joseph has such unique products that stand out from the rest. This was the reason for my order. I had one item arrive broken. I contacted the company and Ruth handled everything smoothly. I had a replacement delivered to my home in two days. Talking about great customer service. I will most definitely order again. The products that I did order look amazing and I cannot wait to use them in our new travel trailer. Keep up the good work.

This is a company that cares. No ChatGPT email responses but quick, helpful and caring approach to problems. I was most happy about my interaction with Annalise about a problem with a product. She was a good listener and resolved my problem swiftly and with kindness. I love their innovate and colourful designs.

I am so interested I getting better at knowing what I can do to see what’s actually on the website rather than 1/3 or the page on the left and maybe the same on the right filled with ads that are super annoying. Then as I had with your website, the top part kept coming down so I couldn’t see much of the product, for example.

i love the Joseph Joseph travel cups, I use mine everyday. I needed a new one but the design I prefer was not on website so I emailed customer service. I received a very prompt and detailed response from Annalise. she has been wonderful in sorting out a replacement cup for myself, not only in quick service but in being very understanding and kind in our emails! made me feel very listened to; for some it's just a little cup but it's my favourite cup and Annalise really went above and beyond to help me. best customer service ever! an absolute life saver and great conversation!

After having an issue with a product, I contacted the customer service and was rapidly, and helpfully assisted by Kokila and by Joy.
In less than a day, Joy managed to sort the issue in no time - safe to say the Joseph Joseph customer service is just like the items they sell: excellent!

We had a dual kitchen bin (totem 60L; top 1/2 for waste, bottom 1/2 for recycling) for just under 3 years when the hinge on the lid broke. Joseph Joseph don't have a replacement part for it but on contacting them with photos and proof of purchase they gave us a gift card for the full price of the bin. Outstanding customer service, with very friendly emails from Kokila.

Unmatched customer service and response time. My Porta bin was discontinued, therefore replacement parts were not an option, but the team still made an effort to check possible solutions and provided me with a gift card in the same value of the bin. Very pleased!

I ordered the large blue nesting tray approx one uear ago (on a set of three) - I could see that the non stick material started wearing off and I ultimately made the decision to not use it as I didn't want the coating to chip away into the food ! I contacted JJ and Mariela was amazing !! She ordered a replacement for me the very next day ! I love their products adn will continue to buy and use - customer service is A+++
