Great service after I bought a suite last year another sofa in the same colour and make came up for sale Joseph James let me know and I’m now enjoying another new sofa

Sofa was damaged and when I asked for a refund the woman I spoke to was rude and kept putting off giving me a refund telling lies saying she issued it on the 5th of may but she was lying eventually I spoke to a nice lady who worked for customer service and she said she stood over who ever the other person was and watched her transfer my refund I finally got it a week ago

Chairs delivered, but had a number of minor faults, seemed to be made up of the odds and ends left over. One was marked (but not badly), the underside of one had been repaired, one foot was wrong, one wrong (too long) screw was fitted which was obvious once sat on, some washers missing. I've been able to fix these, but the claims of high quality control are not true in my experience. Offered me £25 back (on £500 order) which I declined. I would recommend viewing the products before buying, don't rely on their assurances.

Sarah was very helpful, letting my grandma take her time and offering many options and even recommending her the matteress brand she had been with years.

I bought a sofa from here and they were great. They stored it until I got the keys to my house and arranged delivery quickly once I had them. The delivery guys were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy from here again!
