Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff. Great and smooth travel.

We had a lovely time at Barcelo Ponent Beach - the location was/is amazing ! The food was disappointing but the alcoholic drinks were spot on 👍(and served to us during meal times which wasn’t expected .. ).
We booked the ‘Superior Inter- connecting Rooms’ but they weren’t superior! They have a view of a wall ( freshly painted white) and NOT interconnected .. in fact 2 rooms only .. I was so disappointed after having booked them over a year ago. However , the air con was excellent and a lifesaver in the end (no air con in the restaurant unfortunately). I would recommend this Hotel mainly because of the location - it’s important to book sea view rooms ( even though inter- connecting rooms are dearer and have a view of a wall ☹️) .

I was disappointed in the hotel room, no drawers anywhere to put away items however hotel staff found some. Also was very disappointed that Jet 2 resold the seat on the flight back that my sister had already paid for therefore in theory Jet 2 relied double and we was not offered any refund

From check in to arrival at the hotel/ resort was top class service.Private transfer to hotel brilliant.
Hotel was fabulous and met all our expectation.
Return journey from the private transfer to airport check in to the arrival at Manchester was first class.
Also the baggage reclaim was first class with minimum waiting time.👍

We took our 13 year old grandson and had a lovely time. Lots of walking, cycling, beach time and food!

Jet 2 were very efficient from our initial arrival at the airport to our return to the UK. We had to utilise the assisted travel system which was excellent and further enhanced by Jet 2 meeting our transport at the return airport. The only negative part of the holiday was with the Hotel AP Cabana which although a 4 star was not in our opinion, whilst we had paid Jet 2 extra for a pool view the room we were allocated was not, only a side pool view. I have raised my concerns with the hotel as these were not under the control of Jet 2. Once again a very positive recommendation for this airline who in our opinion are the best.

Great Team, helpful, friendly people that have time for you. Good selection of resorts and hotels, but the best thing we like is the all day breakfast on the plane, lovely!!

The resort was very spread out and the air con wasn’t working properly.
The resort is quite expensive

Quality of hotels regardless of star rating. Plenty of help at airports both ends. Quality transfer drivers. Can’t wait to go again

We’ve had a fabulous and much needed holiday. It’s the first time I’ve travelled abroad with my teenage daughter.
Naturally I was slightly nervous, however I’ve visited Salou in the past & it felt familiar.

Our hotel was absolutely perfect , I genuinely can’t fault a single thing. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. I love the cashless concept! Easy to use and the staff always provide a receipt so you know if your fib needs topping up. Bar/pool staff lovely and always helpful. They work some serious hours but always manage to make the effort for a chat and bit of banter.

In fact every member of staff had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was lovely, I was a tad sceptical having a room facing the main road but wow what a fab people watching spot. The sounds of holidays makers didn’t bother us one bit!!! In fact it really wasn’t that noisy- probably the only night was after the Spanish had won the footie. That said the atmosphere was electric, great to see and hear everyone celebrating.

Our room overall suited us down to the ground, little fridge which was perfect. Air con was super powerful (every menopausal women’s dream 🤣) oh and a safe which was included!
Are beds and room was cleaned daily….

I had seen mixed reviews about the restaurant - all I can say is perhaps you just can’t please everyone. We found a lovely selection of food everyday! Delicious and a good variety! Couldn’t fault a single meal. I loved the options of swapping dinner for lunch!
Yes it gets a bit busy and it has its peak time, however we were never left waiting for a table and never rushed. The restaurant staff were lovely and the two ladies on the door were just lush! ! Always smiling and friendly.
The pool is great, nice size always found a sunbed. We hired the super comfortable sun loungers for a day , used the jacuzzi ( open to everyone)

We didn’t use the gym although it looked great 🫣

If you’re travelling as a family, single parent or a couple this hotel is perfect.
And most importantly we felt safe!!! We will definitely book again!

Jet 2 are excellent! The airport staff were amazing on both uk and Tenerife, the flights were smooth and on time and the pilot very informative each way.
The hotel however was not brilliant, definitely not the 5 stars they promote, the bar staff were rude and we were left waiting at least 30mins to be served, the hotel seemed very understaffed. The cleaners and chambermaids were fantastic. H10 Tenrife

A really good flight from Bournemouth, and when we arrived at the villa, it was spotlessly clean. The pool was amazing, the beds were super comfortable and the villa was well appointed with everything we needed. All in all, one of our best holidays ever! ,

The apartment was ok, but paying for air conditioning??
Arrived at 02.00am - no amenities, such as soap. Also, in the bathroom, there were no hooks for hanging a towel.
Hanging space was limited to shirts. If your lady has a dress, then there wasn’t any room.
