You can't go wrong with a Jet2 booked holiday, we have returned numerous times to the Relaxia Olivina hotel, the staff a warm and friendly, nothing is too much for them. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the strip, turn right for the hustle and bustle of the bars, or a left turn for the quieter location of Matagorda

Check in at Birmingham wa easy and really liked the jet 2 departure area
Flights were good so it was a good experience

Accomodation was great but flight was terrible alot of people were very cold asked for temp to be tuup x3 but nothing was done about this.I was appropriately dressed and had a scaf and coa.
Staff attitude was so poor stated they couldn't work in the heat.Appeared they were pleasing them self's.
Also having to walk down stairs then on a bus to take you to the terminal is so out dated.

Flying with jet2 is a total breeze,from getting through airport doors to exiting duty free, brilliant!!!,,flying is what makes our holiday especially with jet2,I'll never fly with any other airlines and will always book holidays through jet2 too,cheers

By far my favourite airline, clean friendly good value for money, unlike Ryanair 😡

Short break in Barcelona.
Twighlight check in very helpful. Rapidly through security at BHX.
Jet2 staff friendly at boarding gate. Efficient boarding process.
Arrival at Barcelona on time. Transit through EES was swift (10 minutes).
Great hotel in a good location in the old quarter of the city.
Return flight also excellent.
Particular note was the way in which the outgoing cabin crew managed a group of school students who were travelling to a Spanish school coarse. One of the students lost his phone. The team worked with the teachers. No blame checking under all seats and when the teacher found the mobile in the students cabin bag it was good humoured and blame free.
Excellent comfortable trip.

Don’t think this hotel was up to Jet 2 standards
Location was perfect but it let itself down with the food quality and room wasn’t suitable for 3 guests and shower wasn’t clean. Step into pool broken and not dealt with. Had to pay for bottles of water, 50% of cocktails and even to play bingo!

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Sunny Beach, love Jet2 staff are so pleasant and helpful. The extra luggage allowance is a bonus. Hotel Palace is the best we’ve been many times and love it. Spotless, good food, friendly staff, and great bar The Drunken Sailor. Be back soon

You have rated this hotel as a 4*, but my opinion is barely a 3*, some of the staff were good, entertainment staff were very good, of all the hotels I have been to this is the first hotel that have never had entertainment around the pool. The pool is dangerous it is deep throughout the pool. While we were there someone almost drowned, she had to be taken to hospital, and there was NO lifeguard there at all. There was no background music at all. I don’t like music blaring out just in the background lots of people we spoke to agreed with us. The reception manager was rude, my daughter was sick after eating chicken in their restaurant, she tried to charge us £15.00 because she was sick on the pillow.

Excellent holiday, great customer service, only complaint was around the assisted support on the way back from fuertaventura, was chaotic, but otherwise great location, great hotel.

Slightly disappointed. Very isolated. Lovely hotel and grounds but overlooking shanty town. Food ok not a lot of choice when you have fish allergy. Staff lovely. Clean. Al la carte great experience. Shuttle very unreliable.

Standard of Jet2 staff at Turkish airport very poor. Transfer coach driver virtually demanding tip.

We always have excellent customer service from Jet2. We tend to travel to the same place at least three times per year. Flights are rarely delayed, standards are excellent. The reason for four stars rather than five is because of the clunky app that does require urgent attention.

Location pool food

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Royal Savoy, Madeira. From booking to airport customer support and to flights Jet 2 were excellent. Our ' go - to ' short haul holiday company.

My flight was delayed by over 2 hours with very little communication from the gate agents. When we finally boarded, the cabin felt cramped, and the tray table was sticky. But to top it all off, when we landed, my checked bag was completely missing!!!

I waited in line at the baggage service desk for two hours just to file a claim, however the staff member's only desire was to finish their shift and go home, they couldn’t care less, it’s absolutely disgraceful! It took five days to get my luggage back, and I had to buy essential clothing out of pocket. When I contacted the customer support they ignored my reimbursement requests. I will never fly with this airline again!
